Can the subcontractor who has been issue a sub contract issue his own sub contract to another subcontractor who is working on behalf of the subcontractor who in turn is contracted to the Main contractor.

Well, it depends on the contract. But in most of the cases subcontracting the whole of the works is not permitted by the majority of contracts. But if the subcontractor subcontracts part of his scope, that’s fine as long as the main contractor is informed and agrees. But sub sub contracting the whole of the works is not allowed in most of the cases
