Living in the Bay area for the past 20 years and having a commercial and residential cleaning service I think it was a fantastic list. A couple of others worth mentioning Valrico, New Tampa and if you want to get more isolated and are retired The Lagoons in Wimauma. I think its called Southshore Bay. There is so many more there are a lot of fantastic places to live in the burbs of Tampa.
I just came back from visiting Tampa post hurricanes. I stayed downtown but visited Spring Hill, Lakeland, and Clearwater. I would still consider moving to the area. My relatives had no damage where they live. The news is always more damning than reality.
Bro highway 60 traffic sucks. 301 traffic is worse, even though highway 75 is under construction good luck. And Airflow can’t buy a breeze. Brandon is like Florida zoning at its finest yeah Apollo Beach is nice until you start paying attention to the zoning. Yikes. Far better places in Tampa far worse as well. Brandon on the top 10 list would be number four for me as a Florida native born in Lakeland I know a thing or two about wild zoning.
My problem with Wesley Chapel is food. Almost all food options there are chains because of the rapid development and mall-like centers. There's no local food or local shops whatsoever, so if you want something besides Texas Roadhouse you gotta go somewhere else. But if you are fine with that or you always cook at home, it's a great suburb.

Wesley Chapel is #1 with Tampa Premium Outlets nearby and less traffic than in Westchase.
