We absolutely love your vids and this is your best one yet! We live in Midtown Atlanta and this post could very easily be our story. We started to hang out in South Tampa about 10+ years ago and have witnessed some of the amazing growth! Our favorite hotel from the start is the ALoft because of its vibe and easy access to the ‘new’ (at the time) RiverWalk. The rest of the city over the years has seemed to expand that vibe and we’re here for it. We’ll never leave Midtown Atlanta, but will continue visiting Tampa for many years to come. Thanks for posting!

Headed to dtsp once I sell my house in North County San Diego. Moved to SD 7 years ago from nyc. First lived in Carlsbad, then unincorporated Vista where I own 5+ acres property. I grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, before the gentrification there. It's going to be interesting going to dtsp being viewed as a hipster, which I'm not, lol. But, as soon as I sell I'm there. I love living in SD but it's been lonely and isolating with no family. All my family is on the east coast. I will miss the solitude and visual beauty and weather of SD but I'm ready for the move.
Great video. We live in Holmes Beach and just spent some time on Water Street in Tampa, amazing atmosphere! Tampa Edition hotel, restaurants, walkability was totally awesome.
I live in The Plaza on Harbour Island , just over your shoulder in one of those shots. We moved in as COVID was hitting before Water Street was done and I absolutely love it as do my wife and 4 kids. That area has such a city feel that Tampa never had. I walk everywhere now. Seriously I can go a week plus without driving. I love this Tampa. As to Florida being full I am a 6th generation Floridian. One side they moved here in the 1840s for free land in Desoto County and on the other side from Cuba in the 1890's to roll cigars. There are few Floridians who have older Florida roots than I do and I welcome the growth. Yes we need smart growth. Density in the right places and greenery/public land in the right spaces but compared to many places I have been Tampa is doing it as thoughtfully as I have seen.
Our team mainly focuses on buying/selling homes but we are happy to be a resource for you if you need help understanding areas etc. reach out anytime via email!
I just moved to Tampa for work from greater KC. I find it shocking when I hear people saying Tampa is layback. Maybe layback than Miami. I felt it busy for someone coming from KC. So far i didn’t feel unsafe in Tampa Coming from KC, I saw people wearing hoodies and cold weather clothes in 50-60 degree weather was a shock. I understand the locals feeling. I saw a lot of people moving from CO and CA and HCL cities moving to greater KC. That skyrocketed the housing prices even though I didn’t mind people moving to KC.
Thank you for sharing your experience. And yes under 70 is hoodie weather lol. Give it some time and you too will acclimate to the warmer weather and will find it cooler than you thought.
Hello Adam Morejon; I am originally from NYC, I am moving to Tampa in this year, and I am working towards becoming a licensed massage therapist. I am also starting my practice in the future in Tampa, and I wanted to get your insights/suggestions/recommendations, etc... Please let me know
What I love about it, is that you can pick your pace of living. It’s not Miami but you can certainly press the gas if you want to. You can also take it easy and enjoy that Florida lifestyle.
@ Definitely!! I would love to join your team as well. I know hundreds of people in Philly ( central Asian community) potential home buyers who wants to move to Tampa and i could attract them to you.
@@RedWolf75 you absolutely can as some consider part of “greater” tampa bay. To be honest we do also cover sarasota but at over an hour away i dont share about it as much!
