@@TampaFloridaLiving thank you Adam for answering. I am working with one of your team realtor, she is great! My husband and I were in Tampa the past weekend with her seeing places. Sinkhole dropped us down a little bit, but she told us that part of the inspection during construction is that they have a geological inspection on the foundation prior to building the home assessment. This was a relief. I reached out to your team about a month so ago because all the acknowledge and professionalism you show in the videos that you bring to the audience.

@ - Not looking for a huge lot but an acre would be my minimum. I haven’t seen any new construction with even a half acre.
