People often forget to work hamstrings and calves, they say it they get worked with everything else, but so do biceps and quads, yet we give THOSE dedicated workouts. So why not hamstrings and calves? Here Dan is giving us a few simple moves to do just that! This was great, thank you so much!
This is my alltime favourite workout since it targets all lower body muscles including glutes and even calves isolation. I keep on doing this everytime. It is such a fun workout ❤

i'm feeling stronger while walking at starting legs were bending down like weak b ut now its trong first day 1 exercise 29 may 2023 monday leg day will do abs workout tomorrow like on comment and this video is very good for more likes to continue my journey

hi, i watched videos in your channel today and i like how you consistently upload videos and the various training methods. but i am an beginner and my goal is to lose fat and increase muscle mass so can i expect to see positive results if i follow the 6week shred program? also how many reps should i focus on doing while performing the exercise. Why not state a yoga block is required in the equipment section in description, then people will know before starting the workout and realising into it? Other than that loved it
