girish kanthi thanks for the kind words . I don’t have a problem with the rear brakes . They work just fine for my taste . So it’s your choice if you want to upgrade . These brake pads are def value for money so you needn’t worry about your investment.
Have added the K&N filter, PowerCommander ECU and Lextek exhaust to my BS4. Installing a 16 tooth front sprocket completed the package and transformed the bike.
thats good to know friend. i have been contemplating the 16 tooth sprocket for some time now. can you clock an acceleration 0-100 time on your gps and let me know.
Sorry, don’t have a GPS. The combined modifications deliver stronger acceleration without detracting from low-down pulling power. The 16-tooth sprocket allows cruising at 100kmh at 4500 rpm. If restricted to only one modification, the sprocket would be it. Enjoy your videos.
Enceetee Enceetee and also where did you get the 16t sprocket.. i am considering krm390 adv instead of himalayan only for the low cruise speed in himalayan.. if these mods take the cruise speeds to around 110-120 it will be perfect

Hi, I own Sleet BSIV Himalayan , very happy with the machine. Where did you get the rear view mirrors and visor extension, I would like to buy , if you can help me.
Hey Ben! Great mods dude! Why do you an additional Powertronic ECU when the stock ECU is good enough to adjust the mixture of the fuel according to the air intake? And you haven’t touched the header pipes of the mid exhaust pipes, back pressure will be maintained upto a certain limit anyway. What’s your opinion on that?
Pranav Pillai Hi Pranav. The ecu on the Himalayan runs an open loop . So it doesn’t alter the fueling based on inputs from the O2 sensors . And hence you need an external device to do the same for you .
Hi Ben.. It was indeed an excellent video with lot of informations about the machine. I was curious abt the off road tyres, spark plug and the spl performing chain sprocket....
Also I am planning to buy the machine by mar or Apr2021. AMD I mostly use.my current TB350 for office commuting which 12-15kms up and down. Will it be OK if the take the himlayan the same way. What's ur take on.this?

So suggesting to avoid doing modifications with wiring. Your take on this ?. Also i have a question on Charger, will the battery power affect my phone battery by any chance ?.
Ajay Ritto trickle chargers will always eat into battery charge but very slowly so when you buy a charger look for one with a switch . Just see to it that you run every single electrical mod straight to your battery terminals and problem Solved . Don’t splice wires .
i-d like to buy the powertronic ecu but it would rob me of some precious space..do you think it could fit in the battery compartment if i were to install a smaller sized lithium battery?
How did you colour your tail lamp housing? Isn't it kind of difficult to remove the housing out, I believe you have to remove the rear mudguard and then remove the housing. Please let me know if I'm wrong.
NIKHIL JOSE it’s super easy to remove the tail lamp case/ housing . You don’t have to remove the rear mudguard or tail portion atall. Pls have a look at yours and you will know how to go about it .

Hey brother, you're videos are really good and these modifications are the best I have seen on himalayan . And I wanted to what is the top speed and mileage you are getting after ECU update.
Mallikarjun Naikar thanks friend. Top speed 138-140 but gets there quicker than stock by 2-3 seconds.mileage is directly proportional to your throttle inputs ( behaviour) so I can’t give u a figure . The mileage should go up by 10% with the mods but what happens in reality is because of the additional power to the wrists we end twisting the throttle at every given opportunity and we also tend to cruise at higher speeds so the mileage comes down by 10-20% .
Race dynamic not provide map for free flow exhaust+Airfilter? Clocking extra rpm for himalayan is not good.
