In this video I'm backdating Dragon Models Panzerkampfwagen I Ausf. A "modified Version" into a 3. Series Production Panzer 1 Ausf.A as it could have looked like back in 1936.
Hallo Joachim, danke Dir. Ich hoff der kommt sauber raus, bis jetzt schaut's gut aus. Grüße und nen schönen Sonntag.
That's gorgeous Kai. I have that kit but I think I lost a tiny suspension bit when I started it so I put it away..
Thanks Adam, you know that specific sound of a part jumping off the tweezers... took me nealry an hour to find one of the lifting hooks again...
Looks awesome! I will have to try and get back to mine build been trying to get the man cave set up again. Cheers
Thanks. Well it is weekend, my friend. Get the man cave going ; )
@@Tankbrusher Yes I am going to be doing that as soon as I get the honey do list completed. But I will get some time this weekend to get at it
Great job there looks really detailed stay safe 👍🙏
Thanks mate, stay safe too!
A very nice build. I do like this Panzer. Hoping to do a Spanish Civil War version soon.
Thanks Steve. I was tempted to go for Spain too, but I ended up with too litte references and writen text about how the looked. Some vehicles stayed there and were modified - and this is already where my information ends : / However they have veeeeeeeerrrrrryyyyyyy nice looking camo on them : )
What a fun build
Thanks
Dude great job! One my favorite vehicles and you did a great job!
Thank you. Could not resist to throw one of the earliest vehicles in the mix. The look just gorgeous next to a Tiger II : )
Another fantastic build my friend and thank you again for the short history lesson I greatly appreciate it It looks a nice kit to build will look forward to your 3D printed tracks and also the painting and weathering looking forward to next Friday already
Thanks Greg. I throw one set of each on your pile th be shiped over at some point. The kit was one these dragon ones that just fun - not over compilcated and highly detailed at the same time. Now it must just turn out well after painting : )
great video, thank you
Thanks mate, you're welcome
Hello Kai. Just stumbled across your channel now. Very nice build. I have the Dragon Panzer 1 Flakpanzer and the Tristar Panzer 1 type that you are building here. Really looking forward to getting started on them.
Hi and welcome : ) Both Tristar and Dragon were a lot of fun to build: detailed, well fitting and off the bench again very fast.
Very nice video and love the work you are doing. I've built a few older dragon kits and wasn't happy but that kit looks nice.
Thanks Rick. Yeah some older Dragon molds are not on the same level. Next larger project are jagdpanzer IV - old Dragon molds - that's a night and day difference.
Hi Kai, it's good work. As expected, Dragon's Panzer I is finished excellently nice. I also looking forward to your painting work.
Please stay safe my friend. Greetings, NOB
Thank you NOB. I think it will be finished in two weeks from now. Stay safe my friend and build something : )
Looks pretty good even without paint. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Charlie. I'll paint it very soon - It'll be a grey brown came and the Flakpanzer will be winter-white-washed grey.
Wonderful
Thanks mate!
Great and clean build, I wish my 1/16 Panzer I was so detailed.
Thanks. You got the Takom one?
@@Tankbrusher yes, Takom Pz I ausf.A. It's a great model, everything fits very well, but sadly, it doesn't have any interior.
Great job keep up the great work. You have come along way since i started following you. I enjoy your narative regarding each project you do plus when you pronounce the German vehicles with your native German it adds to the whole build somehow. (No offense)✌🇨🇦✌
Thank you James. No worries, no offense taken. From my side making these videos is the best possible way to practice speaking English freely and to an audience, raising softskills ; ) I'm happy if you native English speakers can understand me and keep following even when I make up some new words : ) I'll keep improving my builds and videos over the year, still a long todo list ahead... Grüße Kai
Hello Kai! Excellent work on the Early Pz I. I know when I built my Pz I, I ended up using a boxing that was meant for this early variant. Will we see an interesting camouflage on this vehicle? :)
Thanks Evan. You've got that 4.Series LaS kit - one of the best PzI D.A.K. builds I've seen so far. That kit would have been what I was looking for. Interesting camo? Well, I'll try to get a to scale pre war camo on it with hard edges. For a Spain build I'd like to have a 2.La.S at some point and D.A.K. is temting as well but I'm not allowed to use the proper markings by law : / Hope it will turn out nice anyway.
Yes I meant one of the interesting German camouflaged that isn't just plain panzer grey :)
