Thing about Law is that he fits my playstyle a lot more than I anticipated and is an excellent substitute for Alisa and Dragunov in a lot of situations? The thing is I was afraid to try him at first because I thought he was going to be ultra advanced and worse still slower than my preferred character speed which is fast. Why you might ask even though he's not AS overpowered the respect for Law is higher meaning you will get ACTUAL rematches. Alisa and Dragunov lead to plugging and one and dones to the point where it slows down climbing due to having to engage Online mode again and again. This is especially true of Alisa right now for me.
So much i didn't know about tekken. I've been on the DOA side of fighting games. The last tekken I played was T5, and T8 looked so great that i had to return.
Hey, this video has been helping me a lot in my Law learning. But now I'd like to learn what are the optimal follow-up to certain launch, what to do against the wall and other sort of "advanced" things on Law. Hope you will make a video about that one day !
Thanks for this, I wasn't sure if 123 was still the go to neutral string after not seeing many other Laws using it, but god damn the easy DSS is insane!
Can u make a guide for more advanced players.? Recommend combos. Heat combos. Also how to best use heat . Oki setups. Ch setups off moves on hit and dss. His best range to b at and wat moves to do at these ranges. Stuff like that. Many thanks
I mostly disagreed with this comment (granted I have previous tekken experience), but then the punishment section started and I did in fact become lost. Punishment is a very important part of tekken imo so I wouldve liked this to be emphazied (also maybe show law blocking popular moves like hellsweep), but otherwise I think this is a good video. I also understand this is a beginner video as well, but simple combos you could perform after launch or even just a section dedicated to how to play online against other beginners (spammers), wouldve been nice. I find my pressure gets disrespected a lot and most people just power crush through my offense. Hope these minor critisims im giving are taken in stride because I appreciate your video and content overall, I just think your capable of doing even greater content👍🏾
Let me know which guides you guys want to see next!
Bryan or Victor
Azucena
victor
Lei Chaobla ?
I’ve been thinking of trying jack. With this being my first tekken you have shaved off some much of my learning curve. Thanks 🙏

18:32 "for some reason they like to go for it" cause it looks cool as hell
I think it's more because it's one of the first things you learn in arcade quest tutorial lmao
Law has seriously helped me improve with my blocking and space control and poking thats for sure i was getting to grab happy on king 😂

Thank you for the Law guide! Been waiting for one of these. I'd love to see you do a King guide too.
Thank you for this guide, law main at dominator rn, tryna get to red. Good stuff you got here ❤
Hey, this video has been helping me a lot in my Law learning. But now I'd like to learn what are the optimal follow-up to certain launch, what to do against the wall and other sort of "advanced" things on Law. Hope you will make a video about that one day !
Wavu wiki has good combos for every launcher for most of the roster
You are the reason I feel welcomed to the Tekken series and why I'm picking up my copy today. Thank you!
Hope you enjoy it!
Great guide!
i Subbed because i want this to work out for you too bud, good video and thanks i wanted to see how much law changed from 7
Much appreciated
It was a good beginner's guide. It'd help if there were notations of moves when you're talking about them. Make these more structured.
Thanks for this, I wasn't sure if 123 was still the go to neutral string after not seeing many other Laws using it, but god damn the easy DSS is insane!
Can you do Leroy next? Please and thank you. Great video! I learned a lot. I hope you continue to make these (:
My favourite character!❤
Got This game today .. so fun 🎉
Well explained guide thank you, subbed!
Good Work on the guide.❤💯👍🏾

Thank you !
Great guide, i learned a lot !
Really digging law thank you for guide
Very helpful, thank you!
Great video, a beginners King or Zafina guide would be good.
Good guide. I just subbed. Keep the content coming my guy
18:27 down back* 4,4

Good guide. Should've brought up Poisonous Arrow, in my personal opinion.
Great video, you earned a sub man 👍
Thanks!
Yeaaaas!!! Finally!!!!
actually a very good guide....better than most of the guides out there
In a pro match they said that slide leads to guaranteed nunchucks (1+2) on hit
Can u make a guide for more advanced players.? Recommend combos. Heat combos. Also how to best use heat . Oki setups. Ch setups off moves on hit and dss. His best range to b at and wat moves to do at these ranges. Stuff like that. Many thanks
Now it law turn keep up the good work
Subbed, Ty for this.
Can we please get a guide for Kuma & Panda!? I think they’re super slept on.
Should show what the parry shows since you bring it up multiple times
Plz 1 video for law punch parry all
FINALLY
Can we get a Steve guide!
great video. huge help as I am new to Tekken. Is a Hwoarang video possible???
Yes, soon
Yoshi ❤❤❤ his my fifth main now
When you say "go into your full combo" off launchers etc, what is your go to combo? Law seems hella fun.
Just go into training mode and select sample combos. It will show you how to do a bunch of simple ones
Sick thanks homie! First time TEKKEN player and this is one of the most clear cut guides ive seen. @@Boogard
Df1, 3, 2 is better bc after 3 hits 2 is guaranteed. And I think it's - 1 or - 2
Although the damage is so low, but
Mid Low Mid is very hard to react.... I am suprised that can fully link
Down 2 3 is only a natural combo on counter hit it the down 2 dont counter hit the 3 will get blocked
Man how can i do the dragon hammer that make the opponent bounce on the ground ?
Thank you for the guide bro, maybe one on some of his combos would be nice
Do victor i heard he is super op
Can confirm the samurai frenchman has some sauce
His down 2 being 11 frames with a 3 follow up is fucking criminal I hate fighting him
-15 on block, so launch punishable, the 3 is not guaranteed unless the 2 counter hits, hope this makes your future law experiences better :)
@@Wakasan626 good looks gang
"Law doesn't have any major weaknesses" yeah except the majority of his moves are punishable.. 😢
i played law yesterday for the first time and easily won 4 out of 5 hahaha fast, annoying easy to use but few attack on bottom
not a tekken player but why law not using the nunchucks at all, might as well not have them on the hip
Dragunov guide?
please include combos in the next vid..
how do you preform the one in punch
forward 2~1, like a piano
kuma guide pls
Coming tomorrow
Steve next please!
WATAAAAWWWWW
My
Main my main 🎉😂
He's cool in 8
SLOW CHUNKY OPTION!
Lots of high mid buttons
You’re going through this way too fast for a beginners guide
Yeah I tend to talk fast watch it at like .75 speed or something
I don’t think the speed he talks matters if u miss something rewind simple
I agree, I don’t think it’s the talking fast. You’re going through the material too quickly to grasp.
I learned how to play with Law by learning all his moves and practice at the hardest settings vs Law to learn his style and combos
I mostly disagreed with this comment (granted I have previous tekken experience), but then the punishment section started and I did in fact become lost. No combos? NOOB!!!!
