I made this tonight exactly as you gave the recipe and it was EXCELLENT. 10 ⭐️! We eat cod often and this is now our favorite method. Served it with mashed potatoes and peas... perfection.
Not sure just yet mate - have the lad started at University and her indoors the wife is the typical Thai mum making sure he gets settled - not like me - hes old enough to go his way . Best, Rik
Love all your receipts, wish I had a kitchen to show you my Anglesey egg. Just watched a vid Marcon Pierre White doing the same dish except the complement yours better love the lemon water poach, he did not do that and for me that makes yours better, done this long time ago in England milk no cream guess poor, you and him bot use it. Three satars, unfortunatly I am not on the Mitchell board.

Thank you, Joan, for taking the time to try and comment. Best, Rik
I'd say that was Cod loin. Great recipe, like the way you poach the fish. Fantastic easy traditional meal. Now I'm off to Tesco to get some Cod!
Thank you. Best, Rik
Aaaaww it looks yummy
Excellent, mouth watering video, Rik.
Hey Pedr nice to see you here mate - thanks - hope all is well. Best, Rik
Now ya talking. My grandmother used to make it just like that served with mashed potato and garden peas 😋
Very fortunate that I can buy Haddock and Cod in Thailand at Korat Chef in Korat so I will give this a try, thank you.
Thank you. Best, Rik

If you warm the milk before you pour it in- the sauce won’t go lumpy!
😊
Thank you. Best, Rik
Love it Rik. Thanks for posting it. When are you heading back to Thailand?
All the best!

If you put enough water in to cover the fish, you don't need to turn it.
Thank you. Best, Rik
