    I think I would mix all ingredients in a bowl then put it on the cookie sheet. Getting a mouthfuls of garlic would be off putting to me . Plus you would get a better distribution of flavor . Just suggestions. 😊

    I would make every one of these. Thanks for letting us know about the water addition and to use less. You’re learning about the Parmesan cheese if you buy the ungrated, that’s great. Everything looked delicious! You know Justine, I’m 70 years old and still learning cooking methods and tips, because growth should never end. To heck with the trolls, keep at it because you have a nice channel that’s growing. You’re so sweet and I enjoy this channel very much. My team is going to the Superbowl! At least the team I grew up with and I’ll always have a soft spot for them. Game day food! Looking forward to my friends and family enjoying themselves! Thanks Justine for keeping at it! 🥰👍♥️🏈🇺🇸

    Does it ever bother anyone when these cooks make the dish erregular looking, with the ingredients and leave pockets and empty spots. And also when they leave a bunch of food in the bottom of the cans and jars. Maybe I'm ocessive compulsive but I sure don't like waste.

    Looks like the manicotti could have fit side by side in the bottom of the dish. Instead of making a tower with dry pasta on top. I can't imagine it got cooked.

    Very interesting ideas for easy quick meals. I don’t want to be overly critical. I appreciate you putting yourself out there.
    Some (hopefully seen as) constructive criticism….The manicotti dish in my opinion would have been so much better if you had just done a single layer, n filled the whole baking dish, OR used an 8 x 8. If you wanted to layer ingredients. And as you mentioned, you don’t need nearly that much water. In addition, put all the spices and sauce in with the meat after you’ve drained it n then add. Good luck on your cooking journey. ❤

    Try adding your basil at the end after your dishes are cooked. Basil doesn't hold up to the heat of cooking for long periods of time. It loses a great deal of flavor. Some herbs are fine with long cooking, but basil is "fragile." God Bless 🥰

    • @Lala_B
      @Lala_B 4 місяці тому +1

      Basil is a staple of Thai dishes & soups and it stands up just fine to cooking and boiling. It’s cilantro that is fragile and should be served fresh, IMHO.

    Dommage c'était bien parti.mais il aurait été plus intéressant de mettre les cannelloni sur la même rangée et non superposée pour 2 raisons.
    La première, la sauce avec viande aurait recouvert toutes les pâtes.
    De deux, cela vous aurait évité de rajouter trop de sauce tomate et eau.
    De plus votre viande a cuit seule donc elle est seche.
    Je vous propose une sauce simple à faire.
    Emincer de l'oignon et carotte ,faire revenir dans l'huile d'olive, ajouter votre viande hachée, laisser réduire un peu et melanger, ajouter du coulis de tomate, plus du concentré de tomate, un demi cube de bouillon de boeuf, completer avec un peu d'eau, sel poivre herbes de Provence, piment doux ou d'Espelette, laisser cuire environ 45 mn.
    Verser sur vos cannellonis, fromage et four.

    For the sausage, tortollini abd brocolli dish, i suggest that you add a little broth or seasoned water (not much) to the pan to ensure the fresh buitoni tortellu cooks properly. It appeared to be a bit tough because it was mussibg sone moisture. (Or cook it slightly before adding to sheet pan, but not fully as it will finish in the oven)
