I just got tricked into doing this- i mean, by my own assumption, cos I thought 12min wouldn't kill and it looked easy when I watched you do it! Gosh- my heart rate went up to 150 at some point! By the way, I have been watching your videos for a few weeks now ( tried some Pelvic Deep Core) and like the way you are encouraging and cheering in your demo, acknowledging that there are less fit people like me who cannot keep up!
