    i just finished this entire thing bc for some reason your to the point, no major whining, nor tolerance for such (yet still comforting) demeanor gave me the motivation to keep pushing myself past easy "quitting points". i'll be back to do this one a number of times for sure!

    I just got tricked into doing this- i mean, by my own assumption, cos I thought 12min wouldn't kill and it looked easy when I watched you do it! Gosh- my heart rate went up to 150 at some point!
    By the way, I have been watching your videos for a few weeks now ( tried some Pelvic Deep Core) and like the way you are encouraging and cheering in your demo, acknowledging that there are less fit people like me who cannot keep up!
