This is a 12 min Deep core & Abs workout targeting LOWER ABS, Upper abs and Obliques for that snatched waist!! I am sure you will absolutely love this one and it will challenge you mentally and physically!
No equipment needed. Just a mat or something soft for your back. Focus on using the deep core (TA muscles) and abdomen not your lower back!! Focus on mind muscle connection, do the movements slow and controlled, make each rep count!
