loved it as always but my lower back hurts everytime I do those exercises for the abs, like the exercise with the crunches and the hands behind the head. but overall I love this challenge and to train with you. 😍🤩
So happy you love it!!! I would recommend you to really focus on zipping your belly in, tuck in, embrace the core, tilt pelvis, that is how you activate the deep core muscles & avoid using your back! But it is also normal to use a but of back muscles! They are essential as well! Well done❤❤
