If you would take the time to line the blade up perpendicular to the limb and cut it perpendicular instead of diagonally you’d cut it way quicker with less than 1/2 the strokes
Excellent saw, for anyone that has pruning to do that you can't reach from the ground this pole saw is the answer, it gives you a 20 foot plus reach without having to use a ladder so you can do it safely from the ground.

Nice video. Appreciate if you would make a video on how to sharpen the silky pruner blade. Thanks
You are welcome, still sharp up to last year, but eventually I'll have to tackle that job.
Thanks for sharing
Good camera work. Looks like a very good saw.

How about an undercut to prevent tearing,
Yes an undercut is recommended if you are pruning. Since I was completely cutting this tree down I wasn't worried about tearing.
The bottom hook if sharp and bumped up firmly will sever the bark and help stop tear back.
Notch your saw?
The telescopic pole is made by Notch and the blade is made by Silky.
Where does the battery go?
I not sure what you mean, it's not battery powered.
In your arms.

Yes but when the saw arrived I discovered that the box was not secured with straps to keep it closed, however the saw was undamaged.
