    The band helps you with calf raises not resists. put it under the front part of your feet

    Hey Dave love your channel just wanted to let you know that i have used undersun fitness bands for a year and i no longer use them i have had three snap on me and now i will use the handle tube bands that dont snap lost all confidence in the loop style

    I love your videos, they convinced me to get loop bands and tube bands too. The squat I like to pull over the front of my shoulders, though, to keep my back straight and it provides a much easier way to hold on yo the band.

    Great video Dave. I am going to give these exercises a go. I am not looking forward to lunges because I hate lunges. However they need to be done. Thanks for these excellent videos! PS I use Undersun bands too!

      Hola, si no te gustan las estocadas haz sentadillas búlgaras, apoyando el empeine de la pierna posterior en un sofá por ejemplo, me resultan más cómodas que las estocadas pero trabajan de forma similar, un saludo.

    Hey Dave, i really like your videos! But i think in this video there is something wrong with the calf raises. Shouldn´t the band be under the
    forefoot so that the resistance increase during the calf raise? Greetings from austria

    Ive maxed out the resistance with my extra heavy bands doing squats...how do i still overload my quads when doing these squats at home without injuring myself?

    Hey Dave, I workout with you for 2 weeks and it's awesome! Yet I can't work on my legs properly, cause my knees hurt really bad while squatting 😐 Could you recommend some alternatives where I can strenghten my legs without pressuring my knees? Keep up the good work! Greetings from Poland 🤗

    Dave do you mainly use tube style bands or no attatchment bands? Which ones do you recommend because itll be hard to build prorgressive overload with no attatchment

    I use resistance band for my workouts. I do upper body mwf and legs tu Thurs should I split them up. I know the bands don't affect you like weights

      I use weights in addition to bands but bands/cables are 80% of my workouts

    Dave for calf raises if you use a platform under the bands it may be better? Thoughts? IMO since you're not pulling the band up with your feet it's more effective. BTW I like the laydown leg press. I'll try that tomorrow.

      I agree that will add a better effect. I just wanted to keep this entire work out with no equipment. Yeah that leg press is great 👍🏾

      @@DisciplineDave The way I see it even a door is equipment when you anchor.... Heck a hard back book would do the trick.

    This legs exercises are really difficult for arms.

    The technique of calf raises is wrong, the band should be under the forefoot and not under the heels or midfoot. Those in the video are actually assisted calf raises (because the band is under the heel and thus it assists the raise of the heel). The part of the band that is in contact with the floor should stay there at all times during the exercise.
