Hey Dave love your channel just wanted to let you know that i have used undersun fitness bands for a year and i no longer use them i have had three snap on me and now i will use the handle tube bands that dont snap lost all confidence in the loop style
I love your videos, they convinced me to get loop bands and tube bands too. The squat I like to pull over the front of my shoulders, though, to keep my back straight and it provides a much easier way to hold on yo the band.
Great job…I’ve been looking for something like this keep the good work up. I will order everything ,Need lot of things in zero (No Sugar ) put your technique in your physique just (Dis. Dave)

Ive maxed out the resistance with my extra heavy bands doing squats...how do i still overload my quads when doing these squats at home without injuring myself?

Dave for calf raises if you use a platform under the bands it may be better? Thoughts? IMO since you're not pulling the band up with your feet it's more effective. BTW I like the laydown leg press. I'll try that tomorrow.
The technique of calf raises is wrong, the band should be under the forefoot and not under the heels or midfoot. Those in the video are actually assisted calf raises (because the band is under the heel and thus it assists the raise of the heel). The part of the band that is in contact with the floor should stay there at all times during the exercise.

I use resistance band for my workouts. I do upper body mwf and legs tu Thurs should I split them up. I know the bands don't affect you like weights

I agree that will add a better effect. I just wanted to keep this entire work out with no equipment. Yeah that leg press is great 👍🏾
@@DisciplineDave The way I see it even a door is equipment when you anchor.... Heck a hard back book would do the trick.

This legs exercises are really difficult for arms.
The technique of calf raises is wrong, the band should be under the forefoot and not under the heels or midfoot. My focus is no attachment resistance band workouts, I am an older guy and I wish to gain some size on my legs and gluts
