Yes you may be allergic to caffeine..but it doesn't happen to all ...i feel energetic on drinking coffee..i don't drink much ....max 2 cups..but I ve not faced any problem and not even my parents who r drinking coffee from almost 60+ years..

I never experienced any crash, that's a myth. For the last 40 years I have been taking 2 or 3 cups throughout the day. The key word is moderation and self control.
The reason why you don’t experience a crash is because you are drinking more than one cup. As an experiment, drink only one cup in the morning and monitor your alertness around 6 to 7 hours later. You will crash.
@htondkar no still doesn't happen. I drink one at 6 am or 7 am then I go to work and by 11:30 am I take a second, sometimes I skip and have the second at 4 pm or 5:30. After this, there is no more coffee until the next day. Every human has its own until biorhythm.

@htondkar I have been doing a diet with almost no carbs. No rice, no sugar. I consume honey instead. I noticed that if I have rice for lunch by 3 pm, I am sleepy, and I need to wash my face with cold water or go for a walk or do some push-ups to get back to normal.

It increases your heart rate ...if u drink coffee...increases acid reflux and acidity, anxiety gets increased, my own experiences i have shared....but no one talks about it. Thankfully somehow i could leave coffee n tea few yrs back n am really thankful.🙏
I'm a med student, sometimes i need it to stay awake at night cz no i don't have options then. But it hampers sleep, even if you're tired you cant sleep, as a result you ruin your next day in fatigue, 2ndly It's a physical diuretic that causes excess urination which makes you dehydrate. & also It's addictive. Once you're habituated with this you can't skip it as it causes severe headache

I am coffee lover. I used to have one cup of coffee every day in evening. I prefer light coffee and not very strong. But over the period of time, I realize that my stomach is becoming acidic and i kind off started suffering from very high acidity so much so that i have to cut all the food that cause acidity from my diet completely and was on my medication for long period of time. Now, i dont have coffee everyday but sometimes I truly relise it. So I think any food is not bad when we consume it in a moderate amount.
True... I was a person who doesnt drink coffee or tea... It started at college hostel when i was 23 yrs... During my pg... Then i developed a mind set that i cant be without tea in the evening... When got married the same continued as my mother in law and father in law are also tea and coffee addictics...now i havedeveloped extreme fatigueness and nausea... And temptation to have coffe and tea daily .. a week before realised and quitted... No tea and no coffee... Note : my husband never drinks tea or coffee .. now he is my motivator....

I was never addicted to any beverages, but only one remained, lemon juice. I would drink litres in minutes, unsalted and unsweetened lemon juice is my favourite beverage. But I drink it very rarely since we don't buy lemons anymore, Lemons are getting expensive and smaller, loaded with chemicals. This is why I love water so so much. Cheap, and satisfying to drink and contains no calories, drinking too much could lead to kidney problems.

I also love coffee.. initially i used to drink 2 cups per day then gradually those became 3-4 cups. Beyond 3 cups my body feels irritated and my stomach starts to show dehydration symptoms along with restlessness and anxiety. I am not a med student but i do have hypersomniac genetics which i hate. Currently i am at peace with coffee drinking practices and i drink only 1 cup around 10-11:30 am , it goes to 2 max sometimes.

There is nothing wrong with coffee. Its an antioxidant & diuretic. If your water intake is enough you won’t end up in dehydration. Little bit of addiction will be there overtime🤪 but I don’t mind it. I am proud I stopped coffee completely and tea I am taking one time as compared to twice earlier. Soon I'll stop tea completely too. I feel much much better now. I am losing weight too. And I feel more energetic and gets good night sleep. 😊
I drink a blend of mint , chamomile, lavender and rosemary leaves decoction. I found that I get sleep by 9 pm and my hair grows really thick and fast with this Earlier I was drinking green tea. When I was in school my friends used to drink coffee and used to say how taking coffee at night made them feel awake and they were able to study for longer hours. I also started taking coffee. But then I realised that it had very negative long term effects. When my exams were over and I thought of sleeping quickly I was not able to sleep even if I were sleepy. Also I got more irritated, and got gastric issues too. Then I changed my habit and now whenever I feel sleepy while studying at night I get a cold shower, or I take a small amount of green tea.
Well I just drink one cup of coffee in the morning and if I don't drink it for 2-3 days also I don't feel any craving for it. I so far haven't felt any side effects just from one cup of coffee so maybe it's different for all people. I'm a Vegan so I use chilled soya milk and add 2 Bananas + 1 spoon of coffee to it for my morning drink (no added sugar).
I only drink 1 cup of coffee everyday but it doesn't create the urge to drink more. Secondly coffee should be taken after eating biscuits or some other snacks . It will stop the acidity

I was never addicted to any beverages, but only one remained, lemon juice. I would drink litres in minutes, unsalted and unsweetened lemon juice is my favourite beverage. But I drink it very rarely since we don't buy lemons anymore, Lemons are getting expensive and smaller, loaded with chemicals. This is why I love water so so much. Cheap, and satisfying to drink and contains no calories, drinking too much could lead to kidney problems.

Ek limit tak sab thik hota h , agar 1 cup coffee piyo tb tk thik h but 5,6 cup to vese bhi nhi peena chahiye.....Inke kehne ka mtlb to ye hota h k zindgi m kbhi kuch use na kro..... Satvik moment recommended diet is good for some time but no one can live on that diet for entire life.....
I also love coffee.. initially i used to drink 2 cups per day then gradually those became 3-4 cups. Beyond 3 cups my body feels irritated and my stomach starts to show dehydration symptoms along with restlessness and anxiety. I am not a med student but i do have hypersomniac genetics which i hate. Currently i am at peace with coffee drinking practices and i drink only 1 cup around 10-11:30 am , it goes to 2 max sometimes.

There is nothing wrong with coffee. Its an antioxidant & diuretic. If your water intake is enough you won’t end up in dehydration. Little bit of addiction will be there overtime🤪 but I don’t mind it. I enjoy each cup of my coffee. I am drinking coffee for the past 25 years, still get my energy from coffee only!!

I love coffee although it makes me feel sleepy.
When I was in school my friends used to drink coffee and used to say how taking coffee at night made them feel awake and they were able to study for longer hours. I also started taking coffee. But then I realised that it had very negative long term effects. When my exams were over and I thought of sleeping quickly I was not able to sleep even if I were sleepy. Also I got more irritated, and got gastric issues too.
Then I changed my habit and now whenever I feel sleepy while studying at night I get a cold shower, or I take a small amount of green tea.
I've been drinking coffee for long and I've never had a crash and u mentioned 1 cup a day which wouldn't make u get a crash

Well I just drink one cup of coffee in the morning and if I don't drink it for 2-3 days also I don't feel any craving for it. I so far haven't felt any side effects just from one cup of coffee so maybe it's different for all people. I'm a Vegan so I use chilled soya milk and add 2 Bananas + 1 spoon of coffee to it for my morning drink (no added sugar).
