  • #349: Rotator cuff tears are becoming more common in younger active patients in their 40s and 50s.
    Typically they are small tears at this time, but what should we do with them? Should we consider surgery? Should we avoid it at all costs?

    Timely - I’m 37 years old and 31 days post surgery for a large supraspinatus and still in the sling for another 11 days. Only doing pendulums so far and can’t wait to get back to CrossFit and lifting!
