Day one; struggle but i got through it, and it felt great! Day 2" bit easier some results through stomach. Day 3: easier no results (i ate alot). Day 4: sore body, slight slimmer. Day 5: less sore and no more bloating.

Hi, @rishukumar3728! We normally suggest 2 nutritional rules to follow -
1. avoid sugar i.e. desserts, chocolates, icecream, donuts etc.
2. stay away from grains i.e. flour, bread, pizza, burger, junk food etc.
Have seasonal fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated and workout regularly atleast 3-4 days a week. Good luck!! 💪
