This video is recorded from a Laserdisc which should be the highest quality source currently availabe. Unfortunately, there is no DVD :( Just second hand VHS or Laserdiscs.
If you like it, go and buy a CD - it's called Pete Townshend's Deep End Live!
It does not contain all song from this concert, only 12 of them (be careful to buy the version with 2 bonus tracks).

I am glad that I transferred my original VHS copy to DVD Ram or the I would have worn the tape out!
Honestly this concert is my fav of all time (and I seen a lot), why Universal did not master this to DVD and Blue Ray is a crime against rock history. The Face the Face DVD/CD set released in 2016 does not come close to doing Pete justice for that tour.
I think on Deep End it truely captures Pete Townsend with the best band line up I have seen on any stage and aside from a master class in songwriting and arrangement, Pete Townsend's lead vocal is at its peak showing great emotion and feel, which is something that cannot be taught to another singer. You either got it or you aint.

This is where the little boy in Pete can't be hidden, just like his ever-present pain combined with wonder. The man is a marvel beyond comprehension. It's splendid to find him rejuvenated and in top voice unlike, unfortunately, these backup singers.

Such a great great concert. I have the CD and the bootleg video and the videos are all posted here online...but I would buy the DVD or the BluRay.
...especially if there would be an interview with Pete or Dave.
