Stumbled upon this video. Never really considered gliding / slope soaring anything but dull... This excellent footage made me change my mind. Flown hours in simulator and waiting for my first glider to arrive in a few days. Can't wait to start ripping it in my local windy mountains of west coast Norway. Thanks for making and sharing these videos. They are totally groovy.
sight for soar eyes. what beautiful backdrop location to soar at, fantastico. please take a look at some of my ultralight gliders as well, i fly them at death valley and other cool locations. cheers
As if I had the opportunity to choose : UA-cam deleted 5 of my most viewed videos because of their music, I so had no choice but to change all my original soundtracks Before I had the time to remix all of them, you can consult them on vimeo/jmzuliani
I couldn't agree more, thanks To be frank, I didn't want it so low, but a small wind change at this time almost change the fate of my glider a rush of adrenaline for sure
The fuselages are all made of fiberglass (sometimes with carbon reinforcements) For the wings, there are the two : classic bulding with foam and balsa covering, or moderne building with fiberglass, carbon and kevlar
Nice! I want to build a glider with the structure made of balsa and covered of fiberglass, but I don't know if it's going to be too heavy . What do you recommend me?
Nice to see you here bd but funny thing I've flown FPV and it's cool... But I got into RC so I didn't have to be in the vehicle, my body is home to many plates and screws from my failed attempts to fly. I love getting crazy and watching what my vehicle is doing whether on track racing or in the sky flying... LOS is awesome too! ✌️😎👍
He Jean-marc, I love you're video. One question, I tried to find the music online & using Shazam, I listened to previews of all the songs on the 'Drive' Soundtrack, but no luck. Would you be able to be more specific with the song title?
my mistake: YT urged me to delete the original soundtrack, so I had no choice but to use the common license music they propose. I modified the description for the new soundtrack
Your videos are beautifully done, now I really want to book my flight out there and go flying.
thanks,
that's a very good idea
Shi.. music destroys the show
not mine (youtube delete the original version)
Superb :-):-):-):-)
thank you
No problem such a pleasure watch. Thank You for Sharing.

0:17 That moment when you realise it was your turn on the sticks and someone else should be chucking.
Great video spoiled by stupid music!

Wow... 0:16 seconds in and almost watched a guy throw himself off a cliff! Good lord.
it's an adventure sometimes :)
ouah,
Thank you and welcome into the gliding phantasy
Who made this music? It would have been a better video if pots, pans, forks and spoons weren't included in the vid as shitty music.
youtube deleted the original sound track, I did what I could after
These things get so much lift it's ridiculous. I have one I made into a single prop plane, flies forever.
I couldn't agree more: that's why the GPS location was added in the advanced description area
it was there by the way: 45.09717 6.06929
Awesome.
thanks
0:16 That man was very stupid... Could have rolled far down
Inspiring stuff!
great videos, where exactly in the resort is it... maybe a google map link? Thanks! Steve

Where did you fly?
Alpe d'Huez (France)

+jean-marc Zuliani what transmitter and antenna are you using? is that longer antenna better for longer range?
it was an Graupner MX-22 with a Jeti 2,4 Ghz transmitter module
thank you
Omg, so f-ing smooth!! I want to fly there. Awesome flying.

Ah, yes. UA-cam is very meticulous about background music.
Nice that it is still running on Vimeo.

Nice inverted fly-by!
I couldn't agree more, thanks

Where is this land of clouds?
+Tom Gill "Alpe d'Huez" (France)
Very nice! Looks like an awesome slope to play on.
I could not agree more
but you avatar picture suggests that you know some great slopes too:)
It's from SSA site a few years back It is full size off of Torrey pines in San Diago
Craig Gorowsky thanks to Paul Natons' videos, I discovered the Torrey Pines slopes a few years ago: i definitely have to go to flight there on day
Awsome! Great hill!
thanks
Add an engine to make it better
the owner prefered without at that time
What are those gliders made of?

What do you recommend me?
Josue Gzz I advise you to go some Web site like "retroplane.net" and ask to these "home made gliders' addicts" how do they do it in details:)
Those are big enough to carry a long range FPV. Then you can leave the area. It takes balls to be miles away.
Nice to see you here bd but funny thing I've flown FPV and it's cool...
