i really enjoyed this video, the editing was top-notch and the moments captured were truly breathtaking! however, i can't help but think that some of these "unbelievable" moments might be a bit exaggerated for entertainment. i mean, while it's amazing to see these incidents, shouldn't we focus more on aviation safety rather than sensationalizing these events? just a thought!
The F-16 with the drag chute is a normal everyday operation at some locations (short and/or icy runways). It can also be used if the aircraft gets into a flat spin.
At 2:50 -- People have been crippled when they were thrown against a concrete barrier by a jet exhaust. Absolutely the stupidest & most dangerous stunt these A-types could engage in. Danger signs & warnings all over the area.
This video definitely showcases some jaw-dropping moments, but it also makes me reflect on the environmental impact of aviation as a whole. While the stunts and innovations are exciting, we can’t ignore the carbon footprint associated with flying. With the advent of flying cars and personal jet suits, will we end up exacerbating an already critical issue? It seems like we need to find a balance between innovation and sustainability. Should the aviation industry be focusing more on eco-friendly technologies instead of just thrilling stunts? I’m curious to hear how others view this balance.
No, wherever it was at 4m09s, it isn't the shortest runway in the World. I spent a year in Papua New Guinea flying Islanders into the jungle strips a lot shorter.
12:22 From what I know from flying, this usually happens in hot, humid, tropical countries like Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia etc. It's from the aircon packs cooling the cabin. A bit weird the first time you encounter it. I've also had cabin crew walking up the aisles after we had landed with insect repellent. Another quirk of travel!
Surely the question at 0:32 is not whether jet assisted take offs are actually a thing, but are they supposed to be on fire like that? They look more like rockets than jets.
Great compliation!! 17:44, Aerolineas Argentinas, surely going through turbulence over the Andes Mountains, from or to Chile. ¡¡Gran compliación!! 17:44, Aerolíneas Argentinas, seguramente atravesando turbulencias sobre la Cordillera de los Andes, desde o hacia Chile.
the helicopter at 26:00 it does stabilize it self automatically over the ship with a feature called MOT (Mark On Target) , without it i think its nearly impossible to land on these conditions
The plane with the parachutists may in this case really be due to a stall, but in several videos where they use a Pilatus Turbo Porter these ARE descending vertically. You can only just see it when you catch a glimpse of the plane and the horizon. The Turbo Porter is a - turboprop, where you can change the propeller pitch into reverse thrust. With that extreme drag you can go down vertically at a constant slow speed. In one of the James Bond movies they had a "pilotless" Turbo Porter go over the edge or a runway on top of a mountain, and Pierce Brosnan went after the plane with a motorcycle, jumped after the plane, got in and flew away. I thought to myself "It is probably a trick (of course there is a pilot in the plane), but with the Turbo Porter it should be possible to REALLY catch up with the vertically falling plane. (of course, to roll over the runway and over the cliff you need positive pitch to accelerate, and for the fall phase the pitch must be moved into full reverse)
The comments were absolutely ridiculous - at 1:19 the plane did not “… stall due to passenger imbalance”. That was a pilot induced maneuver once the jumpers left the plane. Nothing worse than know-nothings commenting on things they know nothing about. Next!
15:26 harsh pilot criticism from our jolly narrator! This pilot is practicing STOL (short take-off & landing) maneuvers in an aircraft specially designed for the sport. He’s deliberately flying ultra-slow, with a high angle of attack, at the limits of the flight envelope, skillfully balancing on a knife-edge between descending flight and aerodynamic stall. Praise, rather than frank non-specific criticism, might have been more appropriate.
23:10 Rien d'exceptionnel c'est un atterrissage "en crabe", pour contrer le vent. Les Blues Angels c'est des bourrins, rien de plus, les meilleure c'est la PAF, RED ARROWS, Russian knights...
These 75 aviation moments may make you want to change your career to become a pilot… or at least be a very careful passenger! ✈😂 Who needs action movies when there's this flight?

I’m in awe of the incredible moments captured here. Absolutely stunning!
Great video. The crosswind landing was awesome
Very entertaining and humorous commentary
I’m amazed by the wonderful moments captured here. Truly breathtaking!

Amazing!!!!!!!
I was in the military and saw a pair of Chinooks do that sort of turn during an actual operation overseas, and it was mega cool.
to be honest, this is one of the 5 best aviation videos I saw on YT, it's what the title say, and the quality is good. It's all I ask. Good job!
It's called Jet Assisted Take Off(JATO), but those are actually rocket motors.
Say Turboprop Flight Simulator

11:42 Getting that close to a target before firing doesn't happen in a real combat situation. I'm guessing this is a trial run.
That was intense! A reminder to drive responsibly.
This moment is unbelievable! Feels like I’m witnessing the impossible!
I’d hire this camera to film my life-pure magic!
Great videos but horrible music. About halfway through I couldn't stand it anymore.
That jet suit is really cool 😎
Look for Gravity Industries. One of the suits is around $500k. I haven't seen any restrictions on who can buy one, except that I don't have the money.
Please,no comment, no epic music, real sound when possible.

This video is a masterpiece

Minute 13.10 this is the Santos Dumont airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. It is a very busy airport with plenty of local flights.
Edit: I forgot to add, It's condensation and it's quite normal
Surely the question at 0:32 is not whether jet assisted take offs are actually a thing, but are they supposed to be on fire like that? They look more like rockets than jets.
Those ARE rockets, even tho called JATO -Jet Assisted Take Off - they are solid-fueled rockets.
Good stuff!!!
....and HORRIBLE comments. Rather just place the video.
This is so much fun to watch.. better than a movie. we loved it, keep it up 💙💙
The video would be okay without the annoying music and without the asine comments.
Nice clips but the comments are ignorant.
The talking head needs improvement.
The video is good but the music is terrible

Nice video compilation. But I would recommend putting the ignorant comments out. Clearly you don't know much about aviation.

When life gets boring, I just watch Incredible Moments Caught on Camera to remind me anything can happen!
Airports on the ocean that’s not unheard of. They’re called aircraft carriers.
good vid. ruined by music as usual.
The commentary is irritating
Turn the volume down, it’s much better.
+after 13 mins waiting for something unbelievable… rather curiosities or just normal stuff 🤷🏼♀️

I really like your video
Some nice videos, but the music in the background is overbearing. And you mistakenly called an AN-2 a helicopter.
17:17 man that is one funny looking helicopter
Great video, loved it
"Fat Albert" uses RATOG not jet assist! please ,please don't go down the path of other aviation channels? and not somewhere false facts?

I was looking for this comment 😅
CH-47 Chinook Amazing
In Nam, affectionally called "Sh*t Hooks"!
Music is terrible and the narrating is twice as bad!!
It would be much better if u could shut up and no music
The first one is RATO . Rocket assisted take off
Those are moments worth revisiting.
Good luck
It’s not an F one hundred eleven. It’s an F one eleven. Bad AI or bad commentator.
1:47 How my uncle died. In a crappy jet fighter made by Lockheed Martin.

6 minutes into the video I had to quit. The narrator is sooo annoying. Please stop narrating. Let the video speak for itself.
