    Luglog in binan laguna is miki maliliit..then nilulubog sa kulong tubig..ang sauce may hipon ,at repolyo ..then toppings with sitsaron at fried tokwa.with sibuyas na dahon chop at fried garlic.then calamansi or camias chop.

    Bogs, pinayayaman mo ang mga doktor at pharmaceuticals, sa mga masasarap mong pang burol na pagkain na puro taba. I used to eat those kinds of food, not until I used to work as first assistant to a Filipino Open Heart Surgeon, at nakita ko talaga ang mga makapal na taba (cholesterol) sa mga arteries all over the body especially in the aorta (aneurysm)and coronaries.     I like the sauce thicker and the egg hard boiled. I use cream of mushroom soup for thicker sauce. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

    I think yung LUGLOG gumagamit ng bihon na pino. PALABOK ginagamit yung mas makapal na noodles. Pero halos pareho lang ang sauce nila.

    I believe, sa noodles, pag luglug yung medyo mataba ang noodles na ginagamit; pancit bihon naman ang ginagamit sa PALABOK

      dipende sa gumagawa kung sabihin nya luglog o palabok typically thin noodles at ang mataba ng noodles ay associated sa pancit malabon, naging variety na ang klase ng noodles na ang ginagamit, yung iba type nila ang matabang noodles para sa palabok. ngayun spaghetti noodles na gamit nila. Palabok means variety ng topings na ihahalo lng pag serving na, tinawag na luglog kasi nga yung noodles di ni deep sa hot water before preparation. in general palabok at luglog ay identified sa thin noodles with thick sauce on top garnish with different topings, ang pancit malabon ay dry at already mixed when its served.

      @@fepadilla9467 noon yun noong panahon na wala pang cell phone. mula ang mauso ang cellphone naging tamad na ang generation na ito sa kusina ang mga natitirang magaling mgluto ay yung mga nasa 60s na. yung mga kabataan swerte ka kung domesticated yan sa kusina. nawala na yung auhentic na lasang kapampangan, kung lagi kang dumadalo ng ka fiestahan sa buong Mayo, mapapansin mo iba na ang mga luto nila lalo nat kung wala nang matatandang nagluluto. huling hire namin ng mga matatandang(40s up) nagluluto ay 2005 pa. yung mga bata dyan bihira na lang.

    Shrimps are overcookeed. Therefore, they are rubbery. As soon as shrimps turn pink, put aside and put them last on top. Like Chinese cooking, shrimps must be tender not rubbery.

    Sa amin sa Pampanga ang pansit luglog at palabok ay pareho lang. Luglog or luglug means hugasan sa kapampangan. Kasi yung noodles ng palabok ay hinuhugasan or binabanlian lang sa mainit na tubig, differentiating it from guisado kung saan ginigisa/stirfry yung noodles kasama ng mga sahog.

    pansit luglug is a kapampangan term for pansit palabok. luglug means banlaw, palabok is the sauce

    When i was growing in the Phils. Lucena Quezon , I have never heard the word palabok , only " luglug". I see the cook shaked the noodles. . You are right , in Canada we ate only palabok.

    luglog parang mas mataba mga noodles tapos walang sabaw (mostly dry), ung palabok yan ginawa mo, meron din pansit malabon parang pancit luglog pero mas maraming sahog mostly mga seafoods. pancit luglog madalas almusal ko tinitinda sa lugar namin sa malabon year 80's to 90's, tapos marami din nagluluto ng pancit malabon kasi nga taga malabon ako (tonsuya at dagat dagatan) =)

    Medyo sausy ang pansit luglog na maninipis ang hibla ng sa pansit palabok makakapal. Okay timplada nyan. Mayaman sa sahog at malalaki hipon. Ako, i add squid.sinasama ko minsan ung tinta. I call it Black palabok.

    magkaiba po talaga ang luglog dahil may kunting gulay yon at hindi nilalagyan maraming sauce na katulad nian may tinapa din at may tinapa kaya lng direct na hinahahalo ito parang pansit hindi cia malabsa.niluluto ito sa bawang na lumulutang sa anato oil at pag nilagay ang noodles sakto lng saka ilalagay ang repolyo na hiniwa ng pino pag malapit na hanguin mas masarap cia dahil hindi nilalagyan ng harina na pang palapot tinapa at chicharon lng may hipon pusit at iba pang sahug kung special ang pagluto nilalagyan din ng mga karne at iba pa parang pansit lbg din pero ang lasa ay luglog.. nakakaumay kasi ang palabok dahil malabsa dahil sa hatina na pam palapot

    Pansit palabok you use bihon noodles. Pansit luglug use larger noodles. Thats the only difference same sauce.
