Mine didnt fill the tray. (A4) I'd need double the recipe to get my batter that thickness in my tray. I whisked the mix to get lumps of cheese sorted.

Think next time I will do 2 Tubs of cottage cheese to 6 medium egg. I worked out the protein 1 have just eaten with my Quorn sweet chilli salad and your recipe wrap I have had 53g of protein. That is amazing but downside was it sort of split and was messy. Will I make again YES😊
