Sir please reply... 3 months ago i undergone bilateral varicocele surgery through cdvl technique done in lap by dr parag shah mumbai, I can see 2 dilated lines on the middle side of the testis it looks like Y alphabet it looks like normal veins of hand,, sometimes it looks like those linings shift to the lower side too, is this vein or skin? If it is dilated veins is this part of external spermatic veins or gubernacular veins?? Do gubernacular veins comes on middle side of testis when scrotum is on upper side or it could be on the middle side all the time? I am afraid if this is recurrence because through video i still don't have satisfaction because middle side and lower side things hasn't cleared to me, please reply sir 😭😭😭😭

now I can see little dilation of 2-3 veins in the middle side and 1-2 in the lower side of testis, is this due to redirection of blood flow to new veins or khuda na khasta due to recurrence?
