It can be due to many causes. You should meet your surgeon or any other andrologist to know the cause
I have same problem my left testis became bigger right after surgery and fluid buildup... But fluid gradually disappeared in a month but still my left testis is bigger than right... How are you now? Do you have veins in middle side and lower side of scrotum?

Hello Doctor, I had my left varicocelectomy done 6 months ago as it was giving me pain. I took my ultrasound after 6 month's and it came normal. But I have it on the right side too which gives pain. The report says dilated veins measuring upto 4mm. So shall I get it fixed Sir?
