I'm going to have to do this parkrun at some point. Growing up in Bakewell, I used to deliver newspapers to some of those houses you pointed out by the trail. I'd cycle up Hassop Road and Baslow Road, then all the way back to the other side of town before getting ready for school. 🥵 Made me into the man I am today... old and knackered! 😂👍🏻
Nice video again John and Dawn. I always like that little bit of extra information you provide about the area. Hope that hamstring doesn't give you too much trouble.
Glad to see you both running and I hope the hamstring holds well, John. 💪 Well do e on another Park Run that's some serious running with over 1000 between you. I think I've done 11.😬
As usual very informative Video, like the drone footage at the start. I love how Dawn was thinking of brekkie during the run. It's certainly one on my to-do list. Hope the twinge in the hamstring isn't a reoccurrence of your previous injury John. Really enjoyable video guys 👍💥
Hope the hamstring isn't too bad! Well done for ticking off another Park run 😁

There you go. You were on about running alongside other people. Ideal.

Thanks, Peter. Things are gradually getting better. 👍
Very scenic run. As always, I really enjoy the history!!
Thanks, Jay.🙂
You guys have the best park run reports. Next time I'm in England or Scotland I have to do one.
Thanks Dan. You'd enjoy it.
I did this one last September as a bit of tourism (from Northumberland). We stayed at the adjacent B&B. Really enjoyed it!
It hits all the right notes doesn't it?
Thank You for video.. Looking for some around Peak District considering this one, sherwood or rother valley :) Good luck this year with running plans
Thank you for watching.

Enough for a footy team.
That is a very nice place. I like the restaurant. It would be great to get a coffee afterwards.
It was a good one
The 2 Broom’s running could be your 2nd channel 😉

Thanks Kev. Good luck today if you're running North Lincs HM
Fingers crossed on the Hamstring did you get any nasty reaction the next day?
No, it was okay, and I managed 10 miles and a 50-mile week. Let's go again!
Nice one both, always good have a decent cafe nearby for when you're finished with a parkrun. Hope the hamstring's alright John
Thanks Ben. Trying 10 gentle miles today on flat TPT
