So cops pull someone over....That person ignores them and keeps driving, then acts up when they finally stop...That’s totally ok and shouldn’t raise any red flags to the cops?
Because all cops are psychic right?
Because all cops know the intention of the person who has just failed to stop, then refused to get out of their car right?
Because the cops are just to take the guys word for it, that he’s serving in the army and isn’t armed right?
Cops are just supposed to assume everyone is nice and not gonna pull a gun on them?
Because speeding is totally legal and you’re totally supposed to keep driving on when cops catch you speeding and signal for you to pull over.

The announcement from the town of Windsor on Sunday night came hours after the governor called for an independent investigation into the December 2020 encounter. U.S. Army second lieutenant Caron Nazario, who is Black and Latino, filed a lawsuit this month against two Windsor officers, accusing them of drawing their guns, pointing them at him, pepper-spraying him and knocking him down among other actions. Windsor officials said an internal investigation determined policy wasn’t followed and Officer Joe Gutierrez has since been fired.

This is just a other example of how the government has become totalitarian. Think Im exagerrating? Remember Philando Castille in St Anthony Minnesota? Carrying a firearm in his car with a license, but shot for reaching for his wallet. Jeronimo Yanez, the officer who shot him was acquitted of Second Degree Manslaughter, & fired by the St Anthony Police Dept
What about Levar Jones, who was shot by a South Carolina state trouper after being instructed to get his driver's license?
And Michael Brelo of the Cincinatti Police, acquitted of murder after shooting Timothy Russell & Malissa Williams through the front windshield of their car. He & 6 other officers were fired for shooting 143 bullet holes into Russell & Williams' car. They were unarmed. Their car backfired as they passed the police station, & they were chased & fired upon because the police thought they fired a gun at them...
Yes, these victims are all Black. If I take the time, I might be able to dig up similar cases where the victims arent Black. Media bias is the reason for fhis problem, but does it really matter? If police officers get away with murdering Blacks so easily, arent we ALL in danger of the same lawless fate?

I mean if u look from the cops point of view, they were asking him to pull over for the 2 miles, but he didn't. But he did it to get to a better lit place, that's understandable, but from the cops point of view, he's non-compliant. So this is probably what caused the cops to be more hostile. And if the soldier just get out quietly and slowly, put his hands up and lay ony the ground or something, the cops may change their hostility. @@AverageCommenter2023 No, they all go into the chamber with gas masks on and are told to loosen the straps this allows a small amount of gas into the mask then they get told to take them off and breath in(in some cases the instructors tell them to recite something). It takes time for the gas pellets to activate so they wear the masks at the beginning so that they arent exposed to it the entire time but only when its filled the entire chamber. This is out of experience as I did it 6 years ago. However that is gas in this case its a spray and some career fields get training for that as well in which they get sprayed in the eyes and told to perform an obstacle/combative course.
