This officer set the tone of this interaction the minute he said, " baby momma." He knew early on that they were at the wrong address, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, he continued to escalate the situation. This is exactly how things go wrong. Their egos won't let them admit they made a mistake, so instead of apologizing and moving on to where they are actually supposed to be, they continued to escalate. That wasn't admission of wrong address but confirmation of what the guy was stating in a more round about way. Due to how things went, we cannot be full certain that it was the wrong address, the call was done out of mistaken belief that someone drank the acetone and they won't admit they were mistaken to the cops, or if this was in fact the right address and someone did drink the acetone and just trying to cover up that fact for fear of getting into trouble and CPS getting involved. However, if things started off correctly and the cops right off the bat just started with telling the man that they received a call... and just wish to confirm that everyone there was fine and confirm this was the correct address, it may have gotten better results; but more than likely, would have left with the same amount of info as they did, but much more quickly and peacefully.

Not to sound insensitive but you don't deal with the same people and neighborhoods they do. Depending on the neighborhood, white or black, they were very likely to meet a man at the door who would say "she ain't my wife, what the hell you thinkin'?", and the cops would be cussed our for assuming that man was married to the woman in the house or responsible for her kids. Once again, not being mean, but this happens more often than not in certain housing complexes.

The cops did not ever say "We are looking for these people" (and give the names). Since the cops did not ever explain who they were and why they were there, the cops jumped straight to the PERSONAL INSULTS stage.

1:00 He IMMEDIATELY took an attitude with his snarky "You don't know who that is?". Dripping with sarcasm. I knew it was over right there and then to follow it up with GF/baby mama is almost unbelievable and THEN follows all that up with "eat a d***". This cop has disrespected so many. I think any time a cop is fired every single case he was involved in should be re-examined.

Unfortunately stuff like this happens all the time and they mostly just get "re-trained" happy this guy got fired.

Meanwhile, there is the family that called for help who may be suffering a medical emergency wondering where their help is....

This was a follow up to a hospital visit. Rather absurd really.

I like how you blurred their faces the whole time just to them at the end of video. 😂😂😂
