Fab tag, Debs! 😀I've been waiting for your version of this one, and you didn't disappoint 😉Morris Dancers! Love 'em, and definitely not in an ironic way. That sort of folk tradition is fascinating. Loved hearing about your relationship with your dad. Your response to the woman who commented on your 'School isn't compulsory' T-Shirt cracked me up! Bravo - that's the sort of thing I'd only ever think of saying hours after such an exchange, and then kick myself for not being able to be sharper in the moment! 😂Really enjoyed this video, great getting to know more about you 👍
This was a really wonderful video, Debs. Thank you for sharing so much, your family sounds lovely! I am a middle child, raised by a single mother who worked 60 - 80 hours per week most weeks, so my older sister and I made dinner most every weeknight, probably from when I was 7 and she was 9 (give or take). It was more out of necessity than a parenting choice, but it certainly taught us independence, and also how important it was to be part of a community where you took care of each other, stepped up and did things for others when they couldn't, knowing they would be there to lift you up when you needed it, too.
My first husband was an alcoholic and the girls were not much older when I had to work long hours and much fell to them at home. I think that made the three of us stronger as a unit, although at the time it was difficult. Your family sounds amazing 😊. This was a fabulous tag, thank you so much for creating it 😊
This was positively lovely, Debs. I love hearing you talk about your relationship with your father. Loved seeing Mason again, too. What an adorable little boy he is! I also love that Phil "gets" you. I'm glad that you have him in your life. You also made me laugh out loud a couple of times. I love your defense of yourself in response to your daughters claiming that you stopped cooking for them when they were nine, which obviously did not happen. Delightful, wonderful responses, Debs!
Thanks so much Pat and thanks again for tagging me. This was a really fun tag to do and it was great to remember some things that were hidden at the back of my mind. Mason is just gorgeous ❤️. My relationship with Phil is so different to my first marriage and I’m very grateful for him. And my dad really was my hero 😊
Oh yay, thanks for tagging me! I will do the tag! (Sorry about the name change confusion... 🤣🤣🤣) This was really fun to watch and learn more about you!
Really interesting tag. I too hate litter. Just no need but my absolute pet peeves are rude people and bad driving. I am very close to my 3 boys and they are fond of telling stories about me to others, too, like your girls. I love that you have found the right person for you. Enjoyed your answers.
I have a really old Nokia, which I only really use for 2 step verification, and for my doctor's surgery to text me. I think less than 10 people actually have my number. 😊

Glad you enjoyed. I look forward to your responses 😊. Sorry about the channel confusion, I’m so disorganised 😂

Thanks so much. Yes rudeness is on my list too, there is just no need for it. It’s so lovely when you really like, as well as love, your kids ❤
Yay a Blue John ring, you're naturalising well! I've got one of those too, though just as a dress ring.
I am definitely more assimilated than I used to be, although I do still refuse to call a bread roll a cob 😂
@@RaynorReadsStuff You joke my husband once got thrown out of a pub for asking for 'a cob off the bar' he was a bit nonplussed.
@ that’s hilarious. Phil nearly got thumped for calling a London barman midduck 😂
@@RaynorReadsStuff 😂
Good one, Debs 😊 I might do this tag (Im pretty _scared_ of a lot of things...but _genres,_ I'm NOT! 😂
Thanks Allen. I officially tag you 😊
@RaynorReadsStuff 🎉
This is such a great tag...it was lovely listening to the stories of your life. 🫶🏽
Thank you so much. It was a really fun tag to do 😊
Mason is certainly a cutie:)
Oh he is my favourite human. He’s such a little mischief 😊

That’s amazing. I’ve got to the stage where much of my life is stored in my phone and that is not good 😅
