Ok. Back again! Seriously, you two are awesome! At 60, my days in tech (fish out of water country boy trapped in Corp America that I loath) I am planning for what's next. I'm also a serial entrepreneur who can build\fix anything. When I was young, we didn't have much so I would buy broken stuff and fix it otherwise I would go without. I have a 30x30 shop with nearly every tool ever invented. We just bought an '05 Monaco Diolomat and the demand for RV Repair techs became crystal clear. In May I called a local RV repair shop and was told they were booked for the year!! So, I fixed it myself and was shocked at some of the 'stuff' that came out of the factory. Anyway, I'm looking at taking my first classes next year. I have some time ( I hope ) to setup the business and get everything ready, including my skills. Learning from you will be a big part of that. If you ever need a place to stop for the eve i.n central OH (just E of cbus), reach out to me. I would love to meet you both. Thanks Again!
Great to hear that you are starting to work toward being an RV tech. I really enjoy the challenge to fix the RVs and getting to meet the great customers.
Great video, well-worth the time invested to watch because it is absolutely full of great tips for the small business owner. Thanks much for the advice.
These are great marketing tips--especially for this industry and niche. Many can be applied across industries with some minor tweaks as well. Great information. Thanks so much for posting. Wishing you tons of continued success!
I keep catching myself having to scroll back because I was distracted by the cat!!! This is so awesome. Just hanging out there looking at these humans asking who are they talking to?!?!? 😂😂😂
Again, I appreciate all your information. I am extremely frustrated that there is a problem with the subscriber button on Facebook. I have contacted them 2 times about this issue. Keeps telling me I am on a waitlist. I really want to be able to use the resource. I do not see them doing anything to remedy the situation. They never acknowledge any support issues. Maybe I should publicly complain in a story.LOL
You are very good at every aspect of your business. Are you worried about being too successful in your marketing efforts? What do you do if your outreach is so successful that you have to turn more and more people away because you don't have time to fit them into your schedule? Are you worried about any negative perception that could come from being an overbooked service?
We aren’t worried about that. In our Michigan service area, people usually have to wait weeks or months to have most services completed for their house. People are used to waiting so with us currently getting to people in 1 day - 3 weeks (depending on needs) is outstanding. If we become too high in demand, we’ll narrow our service area down to our immediate area and only take jobs we want to do. We would also change our voice mail to say “we are not currently accepting new clients.” We currently get calls almost daily from outside our service area and just let people know we don’t cover the area and send them the link to the tech locator.
I found your main FB page and clicked "follow" (also subscribed to YT and IG) but I can't seem to find the private FB group you referenced...

Love that there's no background music or dopey intro! Thanks!!
Great job on marketing and doing good honest work. Working on becoming a level 2 technician. Thanks Don from California

Hopefully it will be resolved in a future update. Currently, one of the issues we have been having for 3 months, seems to be working now as of 8-1-24.
Why did you pick Houston tho ? Most of us go to Florida Or Airizona ?
@@CannonsRvRepair you just answered your own question. Big market, decent weather, lots of RVs, not over ran with RV techs!
@ Lol Yeah, I can see how that makes sense we were doing Mobile Rv Repair in 1997 chasing snowbirds. Those days hardly anyone was doing it.
