You guys continue to put out really awesome videos. I am not an RV Tech and will never have that kind of business but I think there is a lot for any business person to learn from your videos regardless of their specific market. I do wonder what the tipping situation is like for you. I have become so uncertain about who to tip and when that I pretty much tip every single person who ever does anything for me. Including always tipping anyone who enters my home or RV to perform any kind of service. Is tipping a normal part of your job experience? Is it becoming more prevalent? Less prevalent? Is it a significant part of your earnings?
There is a tipping option on our software and we turn it off because we don't want people to feel like they need to tip, especially since they are already paying a higher rate for the specialized service. Sometimes our customers do give us a tip but it's not often or necessary. So I would say no, tipping is not part of our industry. Now if you were blown away by someone's service and you don't want to lose that person, you might want to consider tipping to remain on their 'best customer list' which may get you serviced quicker.
Thank you for this great resource. You guys are great communicators. Keep it up.
Thank you
Thank you for your videos and keep doing what you do. Ignore the trolls.
Thank you, I will
