Most 17-18 year olds want an st as a first car but cannot afford insurance so why not buy a 1.25 that's been converted into a rep?!? You could make £1000s converting 1.25s in St reps! Me personally I'd buy one! Nice job. 👍

i had a ford focus mk1 1.6 project and i put the spoiler on with tiger seal and has been on for about 2 years now and not come off would recommend, just have some heavy weights ontop of the spoiler holding it onto the car whilst it sets

Jones IGetMoney hi mate the front and rear bumpers fit straight on as it’s the same chassis as the st it was a cobra exhaust system (non res) and the spoiler was a pain you have to remove the 2 screws and glue it on somehow
i got a 1.25 too mate got a 2.3 litre engine sitting for it! fitting it when weather gets better,got the st front and rear bumpers plus skirt and spoiler also for it, mine is going to look like yours its same colour going to buy A leather st interior for it after christmas also. going to be great with the 2.3 and 1.25 insurance! you should think about a 1.7 puma engine or even a 1.6 or 2.0 the engine block its self looks identical and pretty easy to fit for someone mechanicly minded and you wont have the high insurance, the engine prices are pretty reasonable espessially considering you can sell your 1.25 engine . mine needs a new clutch soon anways so i thought when i am doing the work downthere i couldnt resist the engine swap becuase of how cheap it is. also mate have a look at some 2.5 inch projectors on ebay there only 40 pounds including ballasts it makes a hell of a difference to the lighting output and there a straight easy swap @@GARNHAM211

joshua griffiths bumpers were off eBay and the alloys were off the mk1 focus st 👍

TR Marshy 80mm mate that was the lowest I went with 17” alloys but that didn’t drive very well so I highered it slightly
