Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. You're right, that Reynolds wrap sure makes for an easy clean up 😉. I really liked the multicolor peppercorns for the sauce. For myself I strain the sauce but leave it for others. I used to do a pan seared style when I was still working. I omitted the cream and just swirled in some butter after reducing the sauce a little. I need to try staining the sauce next time. I just left the peppercorns in the sauce because I don't like to eat them either! We had leftovers for days after filming this video! So great for sandwiches! My husband loves roast beef sandwiches with horseradish.
@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Morning Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳🌅. If I don't have the 18" wide foil and use 2 pieces to cover my sheet pan I place one sheet on top of the other and fold both sheets together. Make about 3-4 one inch folds with both sheets then fold only one sheet back. It will make a leak proof seal. Just press together. I hope hubby added a little stone ground mustard on that sandwich too. Making jumbo WonTons today, using eggroll wrapers for my WonTons. Beef, veggie and rice filling. Pleasure chatting with you. Try the Beef on a Pretzel 🥨 roll, some apple butter on the top and a little cheddar cheese on the bottom. Put in a Panini press and lightly warm through. Gotta go watch a pistachio video. For a medium-well, cook until the internal temperature reaches 145-150F. The timing will depend on how large your tenderloin cut is.
It's not blood. All the blood is drained when the animal is killed.

I tried your potatoes and they stuck to the foil and the potatoes were too soft!!!
Horrible!!! I had your other recipes, but this is not a good one! I used extra virgin olive oil, but the potatoes were awful! Why didn't you say to spread cooking spray on the foil???
Hi! I'm sorry your potatoes stuck to the foil. I haven't had that problem. Make sure the potatoes are very well coated in the oil all over, then you won't need to use any cooking spray. Cooking spray is just oil in a spray can. Toss the potatoes thoroughly in oil first.

Beef tenderloin should only be cooked to a medium doneness. This one is cooked perfectly :)

And the medical establishment always have a name for it all and will go ahead to treat symptoms. This is bad cooking no matter what it is called. Period!
Agreed. It was still red. Other than that it's a beautiful meal.. I do wish she made quick and easy meals, for families who have very little time, and $.. It seems all of her meals are decadent..
@@bravoaddictAnn At a medium doneness, the inside will be red. It's perfectly safe to eat and the best way to cook a tenderloin.
I have tons of easy recipes, too. :) One of my favorites is my Roasted French Garlic Chicken - in the oven in 15 minutes!
