I used the double unders quite a bit when they did a lazy sit out. I used my chin in the shoulder to pull them back once the double unders were sunk deep enough and pulled them back enough to get back exposure points. This is a good defense for this! I have a wrestling tournament this weekend and I really struggle on escaping when they are on top and i am spladled out. Can you make a video on how to reverse/ escape when in that position on the bottom?
You must drill this standup so you are quick on the whistle. Get to your feet! Don't sit on the bottom allowing the top man an easy ride and breakdown.
