I had the exact same surgery on my back and then had a spine/spinal cord injury about a year later. I recall exactly how you feel including the numbness in your leg. Keep doing what you are doing as far as staying moving, but not overdoing it. So happy you are able to continue to do the things you love to do, even in a modified fashion.
