I simply love Sony. TV's, PlayStations, alpha cameras, Xperias, headsets etc. Have the A7S III and it'll remain great for years to come, but gonna jump and get this A9 III or the A1 II with it.
@@RobertSilverPhotography I think it should be $4999. The predecessor was $4500. To market this camera at $5999 is now going to price the new version of the flagship A1 at 7k plus. Probably some condition to the end users to start paying more overall for bodies.
A fantastic game changing sensor - better than Nikons shutterless bodies. I'd love to see a global shutter in the A1. The A9 will make Event photogs and wildlifers very Happy. Sony probably chose the smaller sensor body because of the cost of these global sensors ... 🦘
I think it may still have some issues with low light performance, so they started off with a lower megapixel count for those people who focus entirely on action and wildlife stuff where it's speed above everything else and the people are willing to make some sacrifices like resolution and LL performance. I think we will see it in the A1 and similar higher Res cameras when the tech has matured a bit more maybe 1 or two years
That zoom out at the beginning was 🔥
Thank you! I though I was going overboard with all of those...

I knew you were going to say something about this camera. Bravo to the camera overall. The two CF Express Type-A cards need to go though!
They just need to come down in price. Way to much money for what they are.
@@MalcolmWalker What price do you think that should be?

@@MalcolmWalker Oh yea, I didn't even think about that. A very good point.

I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before the A1 mk2 has it with 50mpx I bet it’s 7-8 grand too🙄
