Listed 2 expireds recently! 1 couldn’t sell for $250k I came in with a little improvements and sold it 10 days on market for $265k… second one couldn’t sell at $315k I came in helped with minor improvements and sold it for $330k 👊🏽
@@maitemartinez9719 owner pays, I just make the recommendations and setup the contractors to do the work. The $265k home needed roughly $3000 in work prior to reposting. The $330k home needed less than $1000.
Video idea… Make a video of all your successful prospecting calls in one video for people to learn from. And also make a video of all the people hanging up on you and being rude to show both sides of prospecting. Or even people that tell you no after having a good conversation with them. Just an idea
I’ve been dealing with the same thing with fsbo and expireds. Is it possible to get now business off circle prospecting? I want to start doing it but it just feels like a waste of time
Ricky built his whole business off of circle prospecting, you’ll get now and later business, it’s just about talking to AS MANY prospects as possible, put in the work buddy!
