Hi Ricky, thank you so much for your videos and making cold calls ever since I found your channel. I’ve been watching it every day consistently day and night and before my appointments, I just want to say thank you because this is the first time I make my cold calls today without anxiety I just felt really natural making my phone calls and the conversations were so different even asked how their day was going, and they answered me lol I’m from LA so glad they answered in the first place 😂❤😂❤
That first FSBO was like the perfect storm lol. She was adamant on selling it on her own, despite being told you’re local pretty much RIGHT across from her, same thing with your dad it’s like great relationship building, only to be shot in the foot because you’re an agent & she’s anti-agent.
But hey, she seems like she knows what she’s doing, especially doing it repeatedly and only wish her luck. I’d hope she remembers who you are incase her next transaction falls because of an unfortunate lack of negotiation knowledge. All the cues were there but perfectly handled

I think it’s interesting we pay all this money for MLS and then somebody can put it on MLS for a flat fee for $500 ridiculous
They needs us more than just for mls

@@RickyT123 Pricing the property correctly can make a difference in tens of thousands of dollars in value. Negotiating contingencies, inspection repairs, can save the client thousands of dollars in money and time investment. Offering the correct staging advice boosts buyer appeal, potentially generating multiple offers. Alert the client of errors on contract paperwork, or unreasonable terms. The list goes on!
