Can we use some Braggs ACV in place of the white wine vinegar? Will it affect the taste too much? I would think it would still be really good. Great recipe. Thank you

We actually went plant-based at 40 (have been for about 10 years now), but it is always a great time to make the switch. A whole food plant-based diet is healthy for myriad reasons. Jill, I just love your cooking shows and have tried many of your recipes. I was curious though to hear that you don't use aluminium foil any more. Can you tell us why? Because I myself have wondered wether it would have the same impact as if you were cooking with aluminium pots. Your thoughts pls. Thank you.
A lot of the plant-based doctors are saying not to use aluminum--research is suggesting that it could be a real problem. (for what it's worth: sometimes I'll put parchment paper under the remaining foil I have if I can't find a lid to go over the casserole dish)
