I have been making so many of your mixes that my wife is complaining that she no longer has room in the pantry. I have it filled up with containers of various mixes, however the wife seems to enjoy the meals I have been preparing using the mixes. You created a monster once your videos popped up on my feed.
@marygrott8095 , I didn't think I missed ANYTHING she's put out but I don't recall the bouillon powder 🤔. That's something I'd DEFINITELY try. You don't happen to recall where I could find that, do you 🤞?
You got this girl, you're just human. Not one single person is perfect. You're beautiful, and doing your best!! That's so anyone can ask of someone. I love your content, it's REAL and it reminds me it's ok to not be perfect. Ty so much for showing REAL and not fake. I hope this came out right, it's meant to uplift, and not demean. I'm not great with words 😆. May God bless 💙💙
It is so much fun making these mixes. So many times I have needed a packet of something and not had it. I will make them all and use every one of them. Thank you!
I, also, Make a lot of seasonings at home. When I first started some of them seemed kinda dull. I started experimenting and found dried lemon rind. It makes such a difference. Also I add basil to my Italian mix but that's the way I like it. Love your channel. Thanks.
Lol.. People say the same thing about Paprika- its just for color. I'm like go get a spoonful and taste it. It's very flavorful! 😂 These spices add a lot of nutrition as well. Parsley and Paprika are super good for you.
Thank u! I have a standard blend I use on practically everything: 3 tablespoons onion powder & 1 tablespoon each of garlic powder, crushed rosemary, sage & thyme. Like u, I usually make multiple batches at a time. I put it in a large leftover mccormick’s shaker container (like an old large onion powder one).
Thank you again for these. I have made so many of your mixes and use them regularly I'm going to make the beef stew seasoning with chicken to make chicken stew
Hello Tammy! Thank you for sharing these recipes, will diffently be adding some of these mixes that I don't already have mixed up in bulk. (I use a lot of these,I'm gonna compare my recipes with yours). ❤❤Nancy
These mixes can be such a godsend when you’re in the middle of preparing something and need an ingredient or two. I love your channel. One thing I would love to have you share with us is how to make a French vanilla (or any flavor)sugar free coffee creamer. Is that even possible? 😉Thank you and God bless. ✝️ Happy new year! 🥂✌️🥂😉
For those of us relatively new here, may I suggest/ask you to tell us how much meat you would use with a regular batch of, say, fajitas, for the sake of proportions? It's only my husband and me, our children are long grown so if you would let us know, I appreciate it. Thank you so much for the wonderful recipes! God bless you 😊
I usually do about 2 chicken breasts when I make fajitas. I also add the seasoning to the veggies when I’m cooking those. A lot of those videos are on my channel, so if you’re ever in doubt and I don’t respond fast enough, you can check those recipes and it will tell you🙂
Ive been cooking since I was knee high to a grasshopper, 66. I absolutely, for the life of me, cannot get a country gravy similar to the Pioneer gravy mix or Walmart's Morrison brand gravy mix texture. Any suggestions? You are such a treasure and love your recipes and your Southern hospitality ❤
Thank you! I have a gravy recipe that I love, you can always adjust the thickness. Here’s the link😁😁 ua-cam.com/video/TaWScsnNvnw/v-deo.htmlsi=HFX4X3gQcR-JB_be
Love a good seasoning blend. Did a Traditional British Herb Mix for Christmas gifts. Kept some, it's great, let me know if you want the recipe. Your taco one looks better than mine. I need a good Ranch Dressing one. Can't do store bought, can't do MSG, again mine is just okay. Hi from sunny (yes, sun) Oregon.
@melissalambert7615 I'm in Ky...winter storm Blair just went through yesterday & today. We got pummeled! Sun sounds WONDERFUL 🥰...soak up a little for my tired, cold, ol bones please 🤣.
Thanks! You can use it to make dressing, marinades, add it to chicken pasta dishes, sprinkle it on a salad, or really just add to any dish you like that flavor on. So many things😁😁
Thanks so much for your time. I didn't ask the right question. What I meant to ask is if I make salad dressing with the mix do I add it to oil? And if so, what is the ratio. I know you are so busy so I'm sorry I'm taking up your time.
Thanks so much for your channel. Love it. Would love to learn how to make Salisbury steak and gravy. I really like it and if I want it, I have to buy one of those frozen TV dinners that have them. I understand it's made with hamburger but I don't know the seasoning and/or gravy part. Any thoughts?

💖💖💖...love my spices. I can't wait to try some of yours. I still haven't tried your rib rub but that's one I REALLY wanna check out, looks SO SO yummy 😋! Like I said, LOVE a good spice! It just makes all the difference in recipes in my opinion. What is your go to "all-around" spice blend? Would that be like s&p & onion & garlic powder or...🤔? Sometimes, i just want a little something different but don't wanna spend $5 or more bucks to try something I may not like 🙃. Am I the only one?....spices are expensive (well, the "specialized" blends are).
It’s hard to pick just one go-to blend! I have a few, but I’m always experimenting. One day this one’s my favorite and then I find one I like better lol. I do keep Tony’s Creole seasoning all the time though😁😁
Best friend, are you in my kitchen pantry judging me on how many huge containers of seasoning I bought from Sams and never know what to use them for?! I justify buying them because of the price but then I dont use them! I also had no idea corn starch would keep stuff from clumping! That's a huge problem around here (Live near Houston with high humidity doesnt help at all either) And dill.... i buy it every time i see it in the clearance section... but have yet to use any of it! lol I was going to can pickles one time (years ago) never did!
