amazing problem solving and doing the work all by yourself....wonder how many hours you have put into this project..and then the editing....mad respect to you,,
This UNIMOG rebuild/restoration is so satisfying. She's a beauty. Do y'all give your special project vehicles a name? I'm not sure what is customary in your part of the world.
Many thanks for taking the time and effort to make and share these videos. I have a new found admiration for the Unimog since visiting the museum in Gaggenau whilst touring the Black Forest, and having a ride on their test circuit! Great vehicles, and I can now fully understand your passion and dedication to them.
Awosom work and result . You are the best I have seen who has a unimog passion . Keep up the good work . I have been following your videos for over 3 years as I have 421.141 model and I learned a lot n ur channel . 👍🏻👏🏻👍🏻
KJ the little 'Mog 421 looks really good in the Sahara Biege body, Grey chassis and Green motor, sadly those red wheels let the whole package down in my mind, other than that I love it a lot, nice work and fantastic patience to do this wonderful project. keep up the good work
Looks fantastic! I just lifted my u140 cab back on my truck last week after 3 years restoring it. You must feel the same motivation to finish now. Thanks for sharing. So interesting to watch.
Thanks! And yes! this is such a turning point, and even with a lot left to do, it really makes you feel like you are almost there! :) Also cool to hear you are doing a u140. always thought that was a bit of a weird one. but still cool :)
@@KJOff-Road 😂 yes not too many of them around but they were used in Ireland by the electricity supply board and were decommissioned and sold off in recent years. Good luck with the rest of the build. I nearly picked the same colour as you!
Nice job rebuilding this Unimog. I really wish I had one, for here in the US. I've wanted one for use on my property here in Washington State. Kudos to you. Looking forward to seeing it back on the road.
Looking great. Judging by most of the ones of those old Unis I've seen, I think yours is one of the nicer specimens in Europe. Mabye not amongst the best one but well above most. Great thanks
Dear Mr. KJ 👍👌👏 Oh WOW, simply fantastic! Everything looks great and fits perfectly. Congratulations ! 🎉 I'm eagerly looking forward to watch the next episode. Thanks a lot for making teaching explaining recording editing uploading and sharing. Best regards, luck and health in particular.
love it you did some good work on the engine, frame and drive-train assembly a little rain will not hurt>>>>>I need me a full schematic of a Unimog frame and sub-frame anyone out there have one by chance??
really nice very seldon see those in the states a friend of mine has one has back hoe on back and front end loader on front wants to sell it but would want to be a truck if i had one

Well, i wouldn't say it's very common. but some of us vehicle nerds do sometimes give them some kind of nick-name. :)
@KJOff-Road , If I may make a suggestion then. Name this UNIMOG Mirage.
The unimog looks fantastic bud, man watching this from the beginning and seeing it now, what a great transformation. Great job.
