    ✈✈✈ DESCRIPTION✈✈✈
    Hello guys and welcome to my channel for another Super Sunday video. After some time I am again preparing tutorial/informational video to help you and save your time using the Honeycomb hardware. I was asked a few times how I have configured the Honeycom Bravo throttle addon for the Flight Sim Labs, but I really did not do it myself but only downloaded and imported the profiles. Using the Honeycomb configurator you can import files and configure your Alpha or Bravo controls for different addons. At the end I have also showed how to configure and save your axes within the Prepar3D options to work together with Honeycomb hardware. Enjoy the video!

    This from Honycomb: For the new MSFS, you don't need a configuration tool and you only need this software to light up the LEDs,
    the rest can be made inside the Simulator. As soon as we can access more functions inside the new Simulator, we will give them to you.

      Hey Michael! Yep it is different in MSFS and also a bit more simplified than in P3D. I was reffering to users using this software to configure everything for P3D as I found myself that I was struggling to find anyone do it for P3D (only found MSFS videos).

    Expected a bit more details with PMDG products. Looks like many have troubles toco figure them.

      Oh really. I did not know that as I am not using PMDG products, sorry. Maybe I will give them a try in the future and will let you know ;P

    Finally found a video less than 4 years old. I'm a complete newb with X-Plane 11 and Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle Quadrant. All I want now is a simple profile for a 172 just to fly it. Can you direct me to where I could download a free profile. One forum post I read said I was supposed to get some profiles with my "thank you for purchasing" but I didn't get anything. I bought the CD version. Any help will be appreciated.

    Question, do you have a video about the FS2020 and configuration . I use two planes, Cessna 172 and Beech Baron 50 with Air Manager premium panels for both planes. Problem is having some of the switches on Honeycomb Yoke and Throttle to work. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      Sorry I do not have MSFS2020 so I am unable to help you at the moment. But I think that it should be very similar as in FSX and P3D. If I get MSFS any time soon I will try to help you but until then please try to find any other tutorials online. Regards

    Hi, nice video! Very informative!! By the way what does happen with this XML-file. How can I implement it into the FSL a320 configuration? Thank you in advance. Cheers Bernd

    • @ALL4AVIATION
      @ALL4AVIATION  2 роки тому

      The XML files are only the files within P3D which have predefined configuration of axes and buttons. You can implement and make several different configurations for different aircraft. By saving the XML file you are able to change configurations within seconds. More is explained in the video after 5:42 ;D

      @@ALL4AVIATION Hi, thank you very much for your immediate response. As far as I understand - with every aircraft you can import the adequate axis-configuration. :-)
      Happy flying!!! cheers Bernd

      @@berndschwarz5163 Yep thats right I have approx. 6 profiles for each different aircraft I fly. I have preconfigured anyhing beforehand and exported the files. Now whenever I go flying I go to import files and I choose one of the premade files for my current aircraft and thats it. No need to configure axis everytime once again 😀

    Hi, I just bought the airbus throttle pack. I'm still using my p3d v. 4.5. Hence I do not benefit from your amazing video. I tried several times. I'm not able to program my two levers.
    These levers a little bit different in comparison to the standard levers. Before you move the throttles to "detent" you have to pull up the reverser-levers. Otherwise it's not
    possible because the throttle levers will be blocked.
    Another issue happens with the flap lever. the flaps can only be retracted within a range of 2 and 3. It's not possible to choose the option "flaps up" or "flaps fully retracted". :-(
    Maybe you can help me? In the moment I'm a little desperate. I feel myself lost!! I would appreciate any help on this subject. with kind regards

      Hey Bernd! Are you talking about the Thrustmaster TCA Quadrant Airbus edition? Unfortunatelly I do not know much about it, but I have only heard few other people having troubles configuring those throttles. I think that you should configure both levers as axis 1 and 2 for engine power and then for reverse thrust you will need to configure a seperate axis. But if this does not work then I recommend you only configure axis for thrust and then the reverse lever which should be activated before pulling back the throttles to reverse should be configured as a button for full reverse thrust. I think this might work out, otherwise I recommend you checking their support forums. Regards

      @@ALL4AVIATION Hi, thank you for your very detailed response. Sorry I forgot to tell you that I'm using the Honeycomb Throttle Quadrant. This morning I tried the following:
      First of all I deleted the throttle axis on P3d.
      Afterwards I left P3d and opened the Configurator in order to load and activate the profile. Then I started my P3d again. Before I used the aircraft I had to
      re-activate/re-calibrate the throttle axis because I deleted them as mentioned above. What a
      big surprise: the throttle levers with the reversers are working now! :-)
      cheers

    I cannot download the configuration files. I think your tutorial is out of date.

    • @ALL4AVIATION
      @ALL4AVIATION  2 роки тому

      Hey Bob! I have just checked the links to the configuration files and I was given an option to download the files. Nothing is out of date as the configuration setup hasn't changed yet. Make sure when clicking on the link for Honeycomb profiles that you are registered in the website to download the profiles. Otherwise the website will not allow you to download the files as it will not give you the option to do so! Try to login in the website and try again ;D
