@8:52 I'm surprised that you have an average sleep score of 81 with such little sleep. Unfortunately my nighttime anxiety/insomnia tanks my sleep score despite 7 hours of sleep.
I may not sleep a long time, but when I do, I am out :)
Definitely do I mixture of bands & gym monster workouts for variety & viewing

I hope you reach your goals. I'm interested to see how you will get to 180 protein. I don't even come close to that, but then again I don't count anymore it's too stressful for me and I'm happy with where I'm at right now.
I don't get there either, but I try to have a main protein source in all meals, and I am adding in at least 1 scoop of protein powder throughout the day (in coffee, cereal, or other items it works with).
Is the resistance you get with the bands and stepper even on both sides? I have heard it is difficult to
get even resistance on both sides when using that set up.
For me it is even and not hard to get setup. Just make sure you take a second to get the bands in place, add a little tension to keep it there, then perform the exercise as needed.
I like the system a lot, but yes, for me this occasionally happens. Not all the time, but sometimes, and when it does happen, it's frustrating.
Does it do it after the 1st rep, or once you are past that it evens itself out?
@@GamerBody I know what you mean, GamerBody. In some cases it gets just a little sticky on one side but it resolves after the first rep. What I noticed, though, is that on some exercises (for example, deadlift) it stays unbalanced for whole sets. It's very frustrating. I notice it especially happens when I double up the bands to increase resistance. I think sometimes using two bands contributes to the friction or stickiness I am describing.
how is seattle so far?
Not bad. I was really only in the Seattle Convention Center most of the time during the Halo tournament, but I did walk 20 minutes to it each day. It is much bigger than any city I've lived in, so I hope to go back and see more of it. Luckily it only rained at night, otherwise it was mostly cloudy during those walks.
Note: prolonged sleep deficits will wreck your testosterone as you age. As you approach and cross 35, that will really become an issue

the problem with this channel is that many equipment he has, is sent for free, like speediance and other stuff which is very expensive for the regular joe, especially considering this is a channel for apartment training
Correct. I mention many times in the videos I made that I wouldn't have it otherwise (even though I did have it saved as a future item for review). Regardless, someone may have the funds to benefit from the review as well.
Also, I have dumbbells and resistance bands I used for years before every getting the Speediance, and got all of my results from that until this past year.
i love the variety of this channel! i live in a small apartment myself, an 44 year old female. my goal is to leave the gym after i learn what i need to from a personal trainer. many of us do have the funds for a Speediance so i really appreciate the reviews on that machine! it’s not something i am getting right away as i need to make sure im consistent and disciplined enough to get my money worth.

Best thing I’ve learned in my fitness journey is to Prioritize Protein. I’ve heard a coach say 4 meals 40 grams protein each, which is a great way to look at it.
Yup, certainly something to keep track of as best you can. I still find it hard to get in more than 3 meals a day working a normal 9-5, but if you can, it can certainly help.
