I feel for the last guy, I hit a point in ladder where I was so sick of losing 90% of TvPs I literally switched to playing only coop and replaying campaigns. I just couldn't control myself. However, now I've offraced protoss a lot. I've experienced the brittleness of protoss and got a bit of a grasp on what sort of fights protoss can and cannot take. Still absolutely hate chargelots and warp prisms tho. Kudos to Pig for suggesting offracing. Not yet beaten my inner demons but getting there, slowly.

Turns out the guys they beat in a game earlier in the day came back and jumped one of their buddies who was having a smoke outside. 10 guys all swinging at each other in a giant brawl on the sidewalk, then the nerdy guy who ran the store sprints outside with a field hockey stick swinging at all of them and shouting trying to break it up was the icing on top of the random cake :D

I understand what this terran means as I have 20-30% winrate vs T this season. He basically is given up on winning but has winrate more than zero vs toss so it is a way too wasteful to instant quitting the game. There is also another reason. He plays it to somehow get what he is missing in this game. To be honest, I expected kinder words from Neuro's clan member.

The reason I think is this. I think protoss is op, and anyone playing protoss is cheating. And I need to prove that this is correct by losing to them. As you said the self fullfilling prophecy. I come across it so much in different games, specially funny in team games where they go "we can't win" and then do everything to sabotage the game and then at the end goes "See I told you we couldn't win".

I have encountered "Jared" a number of times, the first about a year ago. Beat him in a TvT match and he did all the same stuff with the threats. Because I enjoy feeding trolls as a past time, I gave him my real number and address. Then he said he would come kill the whole household. He even wanted me to take selfies in front of the house, to verify I really live here. Anyway, I got both the university and police local to his town involved to look into it, but there was of course no connection between the guy/address that he's given. His number is a Google Voice VOIP number, so it's ironic that he hides behind the same fake info barrier that he pretends to want to break through. I've played him about 4 times in total over the year, and I'm proud that I've won every match. He uses different screen names each time, and is around Plat 3 or Plat 2.
