Heat does kill bacteria, but not 1 x did those top buns get any heat after they had been handled with the same gloved hands that touched the raw hamburger meat. So skip the bacteria ying yang. Pretty sure the bacteria transferred from the raw meat to the buns then the lettuce and tomato then back to the bun and on the condiment bottle but pretty sure most restaurants have a bunch for the same things going on

If you order medium done burger, you will still die from the bacteria cuz its not dead. In EU the cows are not grown in shit like in USA. In UK you can't order medium/rare burger its only well done and its the law. So contamination is more likely to happen in USA cuz of the way they grow the cows.

No it doesn't look like that during service - that griddle has not been washed in ages. It's just scraped - look at the sides - no scrubbing has been done in years! One can also suss out hygiene standards in seconds just by observing- the handing of raw and cooked meats with the same utensils/gloves - proves the hygiene is irrelevant to them.
