We Had Chicago Dogs With Onions, Mayonnaise, Onion, Pickles, And Cheese With Cheese Fries And Root Beer. We Order Tickets To ride On Subway Train.

So far: beef short rib, salt and black pepper, carrot, celery, onion. Hes pan searing the steak in oil and probably its own fat. Hes adding the veggies with the stuff stuck at the bottom. He then adds garlic and tomato paste and red wine to reduce. He then adds beef stock. He adds back the steak to braise in the stock. He adds dried oregano and covers for a certain amount of time in the oven.
The burger patties i am unsure, seems like a special recipe from that restaurant. You can probably look up their menu and find what burgers have bacon and maybe a bbq sauce.
The burger buns seem to be pretzel or brioche. Im seeing an onion and provolone burger. Bacon, onion rings, on the burger covered in caramelized onions, bell peppers and maybe jalapeños? Next burger has either white cheddar or swiss with the braised beef and stacked onion rings with double fried fries. White sauce might be bleu cheese sauce or ranch.
