Great hold. Great shine. Awesome for my fine , low porosity hair. It is amazing.
One tip....for the refresh I take a cube and mix it with little warm water and mix it using electric mixer ...this removes the difficulty of fleshy clumps.

Hi Khushboo!! I'm just starting my cg journey following your tips. Earlier when I tried to follow cg method , something or the other doesn't work out and I would leave it midway. But really your videos are wonderful and the suggestions for products that you give really works so well. I love diy products since it gives me a feeling that we are using products that we really know and not chemicals. Yes you can totally use it to start cgm. Works best when applied after leavein or cream

Yes absolutely. Incase you have kept the mix thick just add little water to it for better application.

Hey !! So if you using it as a Gel to style your hair, you don't need to wash it off. You are supoose to leave it on like any other Gel. If you are using it for deep conditioning then you can keep for 20-30 mins and rinse out with water

Hey !! I am mostly using this as a gel. thats after leavin, and I dont wash it off.

Its a gel :). If you are using styling then you don't have to wash it. If you use for deep conditioning then you will have to.

Sure. It Vaseegrah veda 😊 their hibiscus powder is literally the most pure and is made with natural hibiscus flowers not the hybrid ones.
I just have a doubt. First we boiled the flax gel and then cooled it by freezing. Wouldn’t this change in temperature affect the gel’s properties and then our hair when we’ll apply it through ice 🧊 cubes?
Hey !! First it's boiled and then you have to let it cool on room temperature. If you are using it the same day you can use it as it is. You can aslo store it in the fridge upto 3-4 days and use but if you wish to store it for a long time then please keep the remaining in deep freezer. No it will not effect the Gel properties. It's just how you store your food items in the freezer to keep it for longer duration. Also please defrost before applying
didi i have not yet started curly girlmethod beacuse i am more engaged with my studies right now i just wanted to ask if after shampooing can i apply this without any styling prodict and will it be benficial in enhancing my curls ???
Hey !! Don't worry much. Just add a Conditioner to your routine. Shampoo your hair, use a conditioner, keep for 5-10 mins. Rinse it out and then use this gel.

Thankful that I came across your channel and immediately subscribed it. Please help me with a clear picture of this . I wash my hair and let it dry for hours. And when i comb my hair after that my curls don't look good infact i feel my texture is ruined and rough. Please tell me at what stage am i supposed to apply this flaxseed gel , like after combing or before combing. Added to this wts might be the reason that after it dries i comb my hair, my cute curls don't look that cute and nice anymore like it does right after wash

Hey !! Just add them along with flaxseed. The leaves and flower petals. Don't use the centre part of the flower.

Thank you so much 😊 just the way you use any other DIY deep conditioner :) apply after shampoo. Keep for 20-30 mins or more and rinse it out. Follow with Conditioner.

That's completely optional. Scrunching is done to enhance your curl definition.
This diy gel left my hair rough n hardened my curls even when I boiled only flaxseed and not the other ingredients.

Hey !! After pregnancy a lot of people face it. It's normal and it will go away in sometime. Don't worry. Rest how to take care of your curls do regular deep conditioning and follow with a good curl cream/leavin. Check my videos for more

I wouldn't. Actually I am avoiding silicones, but if you are using them ensure to use a shampoo with teh correct sulphates to wash it off.

Hey thankyou so much for this diy. But i faced some problem while making it. I boiled flex seed for 10mins but it wasn’t getting thick and after like 15 mins it was plain water with seeds. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I NEED HELP😭😭😭
Did you use roasted seeds or very old ones ?

Hey !! It can be. But personally it makes my hair dry. So it depends on person to person. Do follow up with a good deep conditioning treatment if you are using it for colour.

Hey !! No productcan make anyone's hair curly. If you have naturally curly hair then yes you can use it.
My Hair is protein sensitive, so can i skip methi seeds?
Hair can't be protien sensitive in general. Our hair is made of protien. You might be using a lot of protien (more than needed) may be that's why you are feeling so or your hair might be sensitive to some particular kind of protien. So don't be so scared of protein. Here if you wish you can skip on methi seeds.

Nope !! Not if you are using it as a gel.

Well better is subjective so I am not sure how to answer that. Rest I have shared all details in the video

Hey !! You can directly as the flower petals and leaves in this mix along with the flaxseeds. Just remove the centre last of the flowers. Or you can alternatively dry the petals and make powder and use.

Plain water. I always deep condition after shampoo. If you wish you can follow it up with a normal conditioner to get rid of any smell/particles. That's what I do after every DIY deep conditioner..

Hey !! If you have curly hair this is to be used as a gel. That is the last step. After washing, Conditioning and applying a leave-in. If you want to use this as a deep conditioner you can use it prior or after shampoo as you prefer. If you use it prior shampoo you can add oil to it or apply on oiled hair.

You can try as this is moisturizing. Hair will go hard once. That's a cast. Just break the cast. Google How to do that or check my Instagram. Though you will get better results with a Leave-in or Cream. Also I don't recommend using any other Gel (except this) without a cream or Leave-in beneath

Really !! Never happened to me. Hope you are not using roasted flax seeds. Use the raw ones and try changing the brand. And don't use old flax seed.

No this doesn't make your hair curly. I have naturally curly hair. Yes any hair type can use it but for your hair preferably use before shampoo.
