I used to love my thick, beautiful hair and showing it off. But when I turned 28, I started losing hair a lot. I tried many products, but nothing helped. So, I looked for reasons and found that stress, bad food, and hormones can cause hair loss. I decided to fix the reasons behind my hair loss.
I changed my food habits and ate more healthy things like nuts, eggs, and leafy greens. I drank more water, used natural remedies like coconut oil and onion oil, and brushed my hair gently. I also did yoga, meditated, took walks in nature, and did happy things to manage my stress.

You can strain it after you turn off the heat there is no need to strain it after it cools as it will thickens but if you strain it immediately it will be waaay easier 👍🏼

For the first time of usage hair was very hard. Now used for 3 times my hair has become smooth. Better to use before head bath. Use shampoo. Loved it.
Strain the gel while it is hot using a steel strainer .
Once the gel cools down it gets difficult n messy to strain it .

@@nidakhan8309 I have seen videos where they recommend to apply gel first and then apply oil on top, it seems it helps to lock in the moisture..
I directly add one spoon of oil to the gel and mix it/ few drops of rosemary oil and mix, then apply.. gives good results, also give a try to rosemary rinse..👍

i think you could have use a little more amount as i see different vloggers doing this flaxseed gel challenge but they use pretty good amount, may be i am wrong but i will definitely give it a try. i have switched to natural hair care recently aur enjoying my toxic free hair care with the brand little extra coco onion hair fall kit, its working for me and reduced my hair fall to great extent and now i need to try there conditioner but flaxseed gel will give that boost of shine too
What do you use for rinsing your hair ?
I am asking for substitute of shampoo as I have tried many things but nothing is helping me out after using wow hair care products my hair became in worst condition

In flax seeds gel add 1 tsp of coconut oil/castor oil/olive oil whichever oil suits you and shampoo after 1 hr of application that's going to give amazing results even for hair growth.Try it out guys...

I am gonna be honest, the day I commented here, I have been using it and it's working pretty well for me.... I have been colouring my hair since 10 years, specially in recent months, my hair was super dry, frizzy what not and flaxseed gel is working amazingly well for me... Must try... 😊

It has been a couple of weeks that i use this remedy, i dont keep it for 30 min but for at least 2-3 hours, it gives best result. My hair has always been thick, but it seems thicker right now, and it becomes easier to style or even brushing. It has worked for me and gave my hairs a shiny result that i haven't reached with cosmetic- care hair products .

@@Rittika19 if u use it regularly, not every day but for a couple of weeks,u will see changes. Maybe your hair will start to be faster, after 2 days or 3 more oily that it used to be because of oll the enzimes u are putting in.

By the way u don’t have to boil it at all … add third a cup of linseed with a cup of water for two days on the fridge , it will produce a strong jell

When I make my flaxseed, soon as it is done boiling, i strain with a regular strainer and leave to cool. This way all the seeds are captured.

I just used it for once and I felt that my hair looks smooth and soft. I will try this remedy now twice a month.
Tip 1: thankaca lot, its effective!
Tip2: Grind to a powder of the flaxseeds, boil and filter when hot.
You need to leave the flax seed gel in your hair. You don't need to rinse out.
You can use it every day , and you can add coconut oil to a flax seed gel. Your hair is going to look very shine and smooth.

Use aloevera fresh gel on dry hair and wash it only with water after 7 hours to 8 hours...hair gets more soft and hair grow fastly

While it’s hot pour it through a strainer and as it cools it will thicken so no need to use a cheesecloth.

You could use natural henna and indigo powder for hair colouring. Avoid using chemical laden products for long lasting health. :)

Do not waste.or you as a face mask.
When it is almost dry wash it with luke warm water.
Or you can use in smooties "just crush together".it is very good for body..

I'd also recommend this -
Oil your hair overnight or for a few hours.
Then massage egg whites (leave out the yolk) on your scalp and then wash it after an hour with shampoo once the egg whites have almost dried.
You can put your hair up while the egg whites are drying or cover it with a shower cap/towel which you can wash later.
If you don't use the yolk, it won't make your hair smell. Over time, the egg white hair mask really improves the hair. I've experienced it.
Now I'll try the flaxseed gel as well
