Yes, just HALF OR 1 Spoon of seed in the morning or night before bed, or U can simply put it in your food anytime. But do not eat more then 1 spoon....as excess of anything is bad. And drink good amount of water according to your body requirement.

I've been using this gel almost everyday for 2 weeks now and I literally can not stop looking at my hair and admiring how shiny and pretty they look. It has really helped with the texture AND it makes my waves look beautiful. I just wash it out properly with water and shampoo my hair only twice a week because of hairfall issues. I won't say that my hairfall has completely stopped but it has VISIBLY reduced. This is by far the only (out of the countless) natural home remedies that I've tried that has ACTUALLY shown results. Flaxseeds are now my holy grail

I just made flaxseed gel a few hours ago, I washed my hair today and I did the LOG ( leave in, oil, gel )method for my 3c high porosity hair. Having high porosity hair my hair doesn’t retain moisture and my hair gets dry fast, doing this method and using this gel is helping my hair tremendously with shine, growth, definition and moisture. Great video, I'm definitely going to try this!
    I'd also recommend this -
Oil your hair overnight or for a few hours (I prefer coconut oil).
Then massage egg whites (leave out the yolk) on your scalp and then wash it after an hour with shampoo once the egg whites have almost dried.
You can put your hair up while the egg whites are drying or cover it with a shower cap/towel which you can wash later.
If you don't use the yolk, it won't make your hair smell. Over time, the egg white hair mask really improves the hair. I've experienced it.
Now I'll try the flaxseed gel as well

No need for messy squeezing!!! Works awesome!! And what I do myself, since I colour my hair with henna, I throw in some rooibos teabags, before I throw in the flaxseeds. do not do it so stick, most liquid you can leave it on to shape your curls, this is use in South America for curly hair, you can leave it on if it is like tonic. To thick can look white after dried

I've been using flax seed gel for 3 years, not every day but every wash day, that's about 2 or 3 times a week (I have curly hair). Now I really don't know about hair growth (it stays in my hair until the next wash day, so I basically have it on my hair all the time), I haven't noticed any difference with before I used it, and I would know if my hair grew faster, as it is color treated. But it does make it very soft and shiny, and it's the best curl enhancer I know of.

Here's how I am doing it:
I oil my hair overnight with pure coconut oil. Then in the morning I apply egg whites (not the yolk or it would smell) to my scalp and cover it with a towel/cap and let it dry for an hour or so.
Then I rinse my hair with cold/normal temperature water initially (to prevent accidentally cooking the egg in my hair lol).
