A very rare misstep, but sorry TRY guys, the rum that you showed for the last cocktail was Plantation Stiggin's Pineapple rum, not "peated" in any way shape or form. It is a blend of Plantation aged dark rum and a rum distilate made from pineapple. Love the channel and all that you do!
Sorry to correct you, but look again. Not easy to catch, but it actually is the Plantation Pineapple Stiggins Fancy Smoky Formula, which is a special edition of the Stiggins Fancy that has been rested in Teeling peated Single Malt casks. Although they did miss to mention that it's a pineapple rum in the video.
